So... Is solo mining still disabled?! I can't seem to solo mine
Solo mining is mean - you have any amount of QiwiCoin on your wallet and your wallet is sync with blockchain and online, then you will be charged from this amount, you will receive profit in QWC daily (3% annually). Please, check your wallet

We cannot solo mine?
Solomining is mean you mine by your wallet, it's POS. You can mine by your wallet (we describe earlier the procedure)
When mining I get an error:
json_rpc_call failed.
My wallet is running and it all worked before, now it just times out.
Before you start mining by your own methods, please read specification and our instructions and answers carefully, because we answered that solo mining just only by wallet (qiwicoin-qt).
