I am very optimistic about this project, but I want to know how long the development cycle of this product?
If you mean the ICO part, the ICO would be taken in next month for first round. The funding would be used to support testnet building and client development.
The testnet and beta client would take several months and be released at the beginning of 2018.
If all testnet and beta client are good and robust, mainnet would not be a big problem.

You are absolutely right.
Our developers are currently working on that. Because we have too many investors to consult/invest and our testnet is also under construction, all the members are under great pressure.

Why do you just include a signature campaign?
Is not the facebook and twitter campaign quite helpful development of the project recently.

You are right! We should include Facebook and Twitter Campaign.
However, our team is currently so busy with three main tasks, ICO details, Testnet and cooperating with investors/big organizations/private equities.
As a result, we do not have so much time for facebook and twitter campaign.
Unlike some ICO projects, we want to focus on technology as much as possible, even during the days without too many team members.
After ICO, we may have funding for these campaign, and we will definitely update more info to you.

I really like the vision of this project, transparency is needed, but I am a little confused with the concept of this project, what do you mean by Proof of Importance and Proof of Work?

The heart of blockchain projects is "Consensus Mechanism". In BTC, the consensus is proof of work which is also common in most blockchain projects.
Our group is focused on something different, namely proof of importance. That is, to prove how important a work in blockchain network. The work could be anything, papers, video, image or even your name!

I was reading whole introductory opening post and found it very interesting project. I would surely will put some money into it. That is still much time as ICO will be kicked off in October so dev also has sufficient time to market and promote this project in all this time.
