I completely agree with your sentiment. We need to amplify our efforts both online and offline to create pressure and make Paul Vernon accountable for his actions. The example of Mt. Gox users shows that persistence and collective action can lead to progress, even when the odds seem stacked against us.

If spreading his name and face helps in this endeavor, I’m all for it, provided it’s done responsibly and within the bounds of the law. Let’s not give up until we see justice served.

I also think your suggestion about offering a no-charge deal in exchange for returned funds is a smart move. It could motivate Vernon to come forward and negotiate, especially knowing the difficulties he faces in using the stolen crypto. We should explore every option to recover what’s ours.

I remember when Moolah got hacked, if ur a Darkcoin "DASH now" trader you will remember it. Also it was b4 Cryptsy's issue. I really hope American courts look into these claims.

I heard MT GOX getting their coins back, this really gives me hope Cryptsy will be next 

Lets say Hypothetically speaking American Judge eventually find the 11k Bitcoins & gets their hand on them, we as ex Cryptsy customers who are part of these cases and got money from it even if it's little compared to what we should get.
1. Will they give us the BTC's to our desired wallet
2. Are they going to exchange it to USD and transfer it to our desired bank accounts at 2days rate?
3. The Lawyers get 30% cut which is which leaves 7700 bitcoins out of the 11000 I doubt the 7.7k will have hands to collect them. If that's the case what will happen to the rest of the unclaimed coins?

What is the number of coinbase settlement guys, their current number is not working for months!

Guys I have a small issue regarding coinbase settlement, my settlement benefit check was issued October 6, 2020 about a month later it came to me and I went to my local bank to get my money. Sadly, my check came bank after Tri Sate Bank said they do no process checks on collections. Coinbase settlement asked me to send the check back to them in the US and I did. On the 17th of Feb I received an email from them saying they got it and please allow us 60 days for the wire transfer to be processed. Last I heard from them was on the 23rd of march and I got this answer:

Thank you for your email.

 

The wires for the reissued payments have not gone out yet.  I did find your claim and it is now reissue ready.  I just took over the handling of this case and am trying to get a handle on where everything stands.

 

I hope the wire will go out by the end of the month but I am not yet certain.  As soon as I am aware of what wires have been sent, if any, and those still needing to be issued I plan to get in touch with all Class Members as soon as possible.  I can tell you that the reissue has been processed, that alone is great.

Does any1 know why coinbase settlement free toll number (833.....) doesn't work anymore I tried calling them but I can't I also tried sending them emails but they no longer answer my emails as well.

What I did was taking my Phone and started recording a Video of me logging in my own account then went to google and typed date and time in the same recording because I was afraid or worried somehow people would think I am photoshopping my screen shots. Guess what?! at 1st they didn't accept my claim on the settlement they said we need screen shots I'm like ok I screenshotted my own video like c'mon man lol

Let's be real, we all waiting for that 11k BTC wallet be opened by the lawyers one day since they own it?! so we can get 66.667% of what we owned in BTC. Look at what you did to many Paul instead of being patient with the losses of 2014 running a successful business now ur on the run possibly not seeing ur own family again.

Guys, so I am sure I am not the only one who chose Cryptsy back in the day because Darkcoin/Dash was been trading there the highest among all other exchanges probably was something like 95% of all coins were traded there; that's after Mintpal was hacked.

I want my Dash back if Dash was traded somewhere else I would've gone there instead of Cryptsy but since it was traded there I went there.

The lawyers didn't tell us how many got accepted. I feel like silverLaw or what ever their name is sold our coins for cheap then forced us on a 2015 price even though most people bought to Hodl, and now they giving us information as if they are been tortured for it.

Can we go to the American cryptocurrency/cyper police or something if this even exists ? He is an American after all who lead an operation in an American land.

Why doesn't Paul make a deal with the American law, if it was him I would go to the court asking how many got accepted to the settlement "it is probably way lower than 11300 BTC" go to jail for a year after giving like 9000 BTC's back and after one year he goes out with 2300 BTC's and he can actually walk free around he's own country meeting he's own family? That's of course if it was him + he has the wallet.

Explain the additional conditions in the article and paragraph the beneficial owner meets to be eligible for the rate if withholding:.....

The hacker Has put some AD in MY account about some IoT Platform Based on Blockchain. " I NEVER put an ad on my account"

The account got hacked on the 8th of December notice that the hacker started talking like everyday since, when I had this account since 2014 I only talk on DASH thread OR the Cryptsy settlement thread.
