on which exchanges will your coin appear?
This will depend on funds that are raised.
We will be listing on MCT first, and then putting the second exchange listing options to a community vote.

Do you have enough human resources to restore abandoned projects?
Hi cubo444,
To make it into the RESQ Revival program we would tap into the community to structure a team that would be capable of continuing the project.
We as RESQ would then supply a Developer to the Project to get a stable blockchain working and we would then hand over the keys.
Not all coins would qualify for this program though, the coin would need to show that it has a valid use case that is achievable as well a a community strong enough to run with it.
We do not want to be supporting projects that are just going to be abandoned again

We will then have a RESQ Swap program for coins that don't meet the above criteria, coins that are nominated that don't qualify for revival will be put into a vote and the winner of the vote will be offered a swap to RESQ coin at a pre determined ratio

About
RESQ chain was born from seeing a multitude of Dev abandoned projects where communities were trying to take over to regain some value to their investments.
Dev abandoned projects are common occurrence in the blockchain space and can happen for multiple reasons (lack of funding, exit scams, personal issues or commitments). While a large majority of coins have no real use case, some of these coins have an underlying potential to succeed with the correct team and funding. RESQ aims to assist by providing funding viable, abandoned projects that show a strong community support in hope that the project can reach its true potential as well as return some value to initial project investors. This will be referred to as RESQ Revival.
In circumstances where projects have a strong community, but it is viewed that the project has nothing unique to offer, RESQ would approach the community with an offer for a coin swap to RESQ coin. This will be referred to as RESQ Swap.
RESQ Chains primary focus is to build and keep communities together to help them succeed, we believe that the value of blockchain technology is derived from the community that is willing to support it.
RESQ Chain will not try to recreate the wheel, and in any areas where there may be an overlap of strategy we will look at creating trusted partnerships with other blockchains.

can it be said that RESQ is a third party for projects with a low level of consistency and almost despair? or will RESQ take over the projects by buying all the shares they have in order to be able to increase the existence of the investors so that their assets are safe? but anyway, I really appreciate this project well, because it can be said that this project is helpful for projects that are almost desperate

Not all abandoned projects are abandoned because it was intended to be a Scam, some are abandoned because of lack of resources, time, etc.
So to try answer your question we will be running 2 Programs.
We have a revival Program where we will allocate resources (Mainly Devs) to a project that was abandoned that has an achievable goal with a valid use case.
Then we have a Swap program where we will swap out the old abandoned coins for RESQ coins based on a pre-defined swap ratio.
We obviously won't be able to assist every project because there are so many of them, but if we can assist even 1 in 20 or 1 even 1 in 50 at least we are making some kind of a difference.
