how often do you check BTC price and how to cope with stress associated with this? I am checking it every few hours and it drives me crazy and makes me anxious. Is there anybody in a similar situation and how do you cope with this?
PS: I was trying to do this once a month, but I think, I missed the beginning of the bear market in January this year because of this.

Me, I check BTC price 3 times a day. I am hoping that one day soon the price soar high again. And I am not stressed because I always believe that the market will recover soon.
Money is not at all safe in cryptocurrency, There are so many hackers around here who's only business is hack a wallet of bounty hunters to get money without doing anything.
Aside from hackers, your money might be at risk because of unstable value of cryptocurrency. Just be knowledgeable and responsible in taking care of your money in crypto.

You cannot easily earn money without using your money and without doing an effort. You can earn some crypto by joining bounty campaigns. But you must be eligible to join. (must be at least jr.member and up,).You can receive a reward after doing your job well. Then after receiving your reward, you can start investing and trading.

I agree that now is the right time to buy more Bitcoin. Bitcoin is the most strongest and great potential cryptocurrency and because of that you'll never lose. You really can get more profit from it when the value rises again.
Trading is the best way to earn altcoins everyday if you have right capital. And if you are not capable to do trading, you can join airdrops and bounty campaign but it takes a month to earn from it. And not all airdrops and bounties are reliable, sometimes scams.

I think the reason why some people experienced loses that made them to move out from cryptocurrency is the lack of knowledge about the concept of crypto world.
And before joining a bounty program, you must study the project first. There are some bounties that are not so reliable and sometimes a fraud. You will get nothing.
It is better to do a research, study the crypto world and choose a reliable bounty.

Although the whole market is red, I'm very much afraid of holding ETH now. In my opinion, ETH was fluctuated to its ATH when people were more interested investing in ICO. Nowadays ICO is almost dead. That is why it has less demand. I don't think it will get another ATH soon.

With the current condition of the market now, for me, a must coin to buy is Ethereum. The price is very cheap nowadays. It is second the most trusted coin next to Bitcoin and I am pretty sure that good profit awaits when the price gets higher and higher in the very near future.
