Bitcoin is freedom guys!

Twenty One Million whole parts to freedom, with billions of people on this One planet...

What are you waiting for  Huh

https://i.ibb.co/x8ND8r1/image.png

Fun fact: That piece of paper is up for auction I think!

Decentralization doesn't inherently guarantee freedom; it's a nuanced concept. While Bitcoin offers decentralization, control over mining power and major exchanges can still influence its direction. In essence, we've substituted one form of control for another. Bitcoin's narrative of freedom may be more of a facade than a reality, as it's susceptible to manipulation and concentration of power.

Re: Does the world know about Bitcoin?
by

on 12/05/2024, 04:01:19 UTC
To me i think there are some part of the world that still don't know anything about Bitcoin, because there are people in USA, UK, Australia, Canada, China, etc. even in Nigeria there are people that don't know anything about Bitcoin, they always think that Bitcoin is a scam, but people that know about it are making thousand of Dollars,($) I think they don't know that we are in a digital world now.

Honestly, many are aware, but few truly care. Ultimately, Bitcoin won't emerge as a mainstream currency; instead, countries will likely embrace their own digital currencies. Bitcoin is simply another asset for speculation. With the introduction of ETFs, it's essentially morphed into just another tradable stock.
Many countries don't know about Bitcoin but if they know about its use, they will definitely use Bitcoin. Maybe the government of their country has left them behind in all aspects. Bitcoin is a speculative asset but its acceptance will increase day by day. The demand for Bitcoin has increased with the approval of ETFs.
I'm sorry, but Bitcoin's case isn't strengthened when only unstable or corrupt governments are the ones adopting it. We need not only developing nations but also developed ones to embrace it. Furthermore, merely becoming another ticker on the exchange doesn't serve its intended purpose.

Indeed, let's observe that demand evaporate once we enter a bear market and witness an 80% loss. These retail investors are poised to suffer significant losses.

Re: BITCOIN AT 63K. What should we expect moving forward?

Woke up to see BTC at 63k this cold Saturday morning, although I'm excited but I'm kinda skeptical and have questions. Is the retracment over? Will price create another ATH from here or is this a dead cat bounce? Let's share opinions below.
Weekly still needs to be bought up more before we can say the retracment is over.

Re: How to get your Dad (or Mom) to buy Bitcoin?
by

Recommendations of any investment assets are always risky, especially when dealing with family members. This risk is amplified with cryptocurrencies, considering that the majority of people don't understand that you can easily lose 80% of the value within a single bear market. And guess who gets the blame?

Re: Is exchange based tokens worth for hold?
by
Rabbitqt
on 01/05/2024, 12:32:45 UTC
As an investor, i bought so many exchange based tokens! Bnb, uniswap, kucoin (kcs), cake, houbi (ht),  FTP and so on. Undoubtedly those exchangers are so big and reputable. I though those altcoins will pump if exchange get larger during time and if exchange add more pair with their altcoin on their platform, then price will boom but most of those are like shitcoin, dumped 70-80℅ in long run except bnb. So what do you think? I'm no longer going to invest any exchange coin anymore!
I've always done very well with exchange coins every bull run
With BNB being the main winner.

Re: Is it valid to invest in a gaming projects?
by
Rabbitqt
on 27/04/2024, 11:39:34 UTC
Gaming projects is good to invest, it is now the best investment today together with a meme coin, because the teens or even adults are now enjoying games on thier phone specially when it is play to earn game, they enjoy and earn so i think gaming industry will rise or become more popular in the near future so investment on it now is a good preparation for the future.
To be fair only a handful are developed enough to consider themselves a "game". If it isn't the main few then it's a major risk imo.

Opinions on SOL... can it be trusted?
by
Rabbitqt
on 26/04/2024, 22:33:02 UTC
I've really been enjoying the SOL gains this bull run, but something in the back of my head is telling me not to trust the asset. The fact that FTX was so heavily invested in SOL and it just happens to pump hard around the time of the SBF trail is fishy to me... Then we have crypto funds like Pantera picking up SOL for less than half price.

https://dailycoin.com/what-pantera-capitals-latest-solana-investment-means-for-sol/?utm_source=cryptopanic&utm_medium=rss

The ecosystem is only getting worse with age, and its features aren't that different from other protocols on the market...

What's your opinion and take on SOL?

by

They are pumping their own coins with the hopes of luring people like you (people who watch new projects) into the hype so they can dump on you. They rinse and repeat this process multiple times a week (hence why so many SOL projects are dead). With sites like Rayidum, it's way too easy to inject new liquidity into your market cap.

Re: How has Satoshi's identity never been revealed ?
by
Rabbitqt
on 26/04/2024, 22:07:49 UTC
It was 2009-2010, not 2024. If Satoshi started Bitcoin today, it would be difficult for him to hide his identity.
That's just the truth. He, they knew too well the verdict and decided their fate way earlier than anyone realized what they did (even though it was a good project). Why did SATOSHI suddenly disappear just when everything was set to run for the next decade?
You know what? I always feel he's/they're still at the corner - maybe with different identities entirely..
It's a shame that the governments are all out for any project that either grant a user's freedom maintains their privacy.
And IP address is not the same as identity. It often links to identity if someone is using the Internet from their home, but if a public WiFi is used, IP won't reveal much,
TOR onion browser is already a privacy guarantor...enhh, but they could also be curious to know him/them? Unless they didn't even care about the users personality as well.

Stop spreading this lie. TOR with default settings doesn't protect anyone from anything. TOR nodes can be easily monitored for traffic, thus de-anonymizing anyone who hasn't set up TOR correctly.

We need to move away from .onion routing and use I2P.

Satoshi's anonymity primarily stems from the fact that people only began to care and search for the identity after the fact. Initially, when it was just an idea or a meme internet currency worth very little, no one paid much attention to the identity. By the time the majority wanted to know more, many clues had already been lost to time. Additionally, Satoshi's privacy knowledge further contributed to maintaining anonymity.

Re: Big HBAR news - how high can it go this bull run?
by
Rabbitqt
on 26/04/2024, 11:29:35 UTC
$1.20 is possible - it shot up to $0.20 the other day and we are nowhere near peak of bull run.

If it reaches $1.20 that will only give Hbar a market cap of $42b which won’t be much at the peak of this bull run when many others are over $100b market cap
It pumped off fake news... If anything this has damaged their reputation.

Re: The rate of abandoned projects on solana
by
Rabbitqt
on 25/04/2024, 08:07:36 UTC
From my research I found out that Solana is referred to as high-speed blockchain network, but recently, from my experience it has been for entirely different reason, the network has being at the heart of an unprecedented meme coin frenzy.
Several meme coin projects I bought on Solana has rugged me my hard earn money and a lot of projects are succumbing to rug investors and crypto lovers.
Yet Solana Blockchain network is paying insipid attention to it or no process of verifying a real project before launch. They give room for every one to launch on their network where by bringing fake or scam projects onboard. And I begin to think otherwise, if they really don't know about all this scam projects.
I stand to be edify as I'll be looking out for your opinion in this thought.!

SOL projects are just another craze, similar to ETH ICOs. We faced the exact problem in 2017. That said, I do expect it to do well this bull run, regardless of the number of dead projects there are..

Dear forum community, I would like to know your opinion about Toncoin. How realistic is the prospect of the project in the future? Capitalization and volumes are good. The question is perhaps strange since the project is well-known.
TON has done really well. As you mentioned, the market cap has increased significantly and quickly. I think it's poised for a successful bull run, especially with the fan base behind TG and the team.

Re: I don’t like the term “crypto”
by
Rabbitqt

Anything that uses blockchain is crypto. So bitcoin is crypto!
That's so untrue! IOTA doesn't have a blockchain... All transactions are recorded on a private ledger. The point wasn't even based off of the fact that cryptocurrencies don't have blockchain so what are you saying?
Excuse me, I was wrong. I don't really mess around with alts much, but you're right. I think IOTA uses something called Tangle (correct me if I'm wrong), and it doesn't solve blocks or something like that? To be fair, its functionality is very similar to blockchain.

Re: Satoshi Nakamoto's last message
by
Rabbitqt
on 24/04/2024, 22:46:53 UTC
Satoshi's last message before his disappearance was that he has 'moved on to other things'. Now my question is this, if actually Satoshi Nakamoto saw a good vision of what Bitcoin will turn out to be in the future, why then did he decided to move on to other things instead of focusing more on the Bitcoin project to make sure that he also took part in achieving the adoption of this digital currency? So unfortunate Satoshi should have been the one to answer this question.

I've moved on to other things
BTC/Blockchain was a lifelong project that became a major success. His dream came true, and he won't be back; there's nothing else for him to do.
