This method won't give you vectors nor files above 1000x resolution.
It's "bug" used on facebook; facebook is partnered with shutterstock. Therefore while making ads you'll get the option to use photos from shutter. Since fb have access to their library you'll see photos without watermarks.
There are bots doing this for you.
1. Go to https://www.facebook.com/J2TeaM.pro/
2. Write message "shutter" or "shutterstock". You'll receive response in Vietnamese.
3. Send a link to pic you want.
4. You'll receive download link.
There. You just save yourself 5$ for method available for free.

What is use of those SN? why someone would pay 5 bucks just a serial number of someone else's monitor??
To issue so-called warranty fraud and get a replacement. Jabra, Logitech, and few other companies are extremely easy to do it.
I would suggest anyone NOT purchase SNs for any Logitech stuff; their way of creating S/N was recently cracked and there's high chance he's not selling stuff from products but generated ones.

I don't know what kind of weird magic this guy is using but it's working and so I'm happy with purchase (currently activated Premiere Pro, waiting for rest of the downloads). Unless they are closed to new registration I don't see why anyone would benefit in buying them from a reseller if they can just pay almost the same price in getting an account there themselves and not having to worry about having it banned without having to use a vpn to log into the said account each and everytime to want to login to your TBN account.

Well it was pretty obvious, if you expected them not to be carded. 70% is a pretty big discount on an online store where you could pretty much buy anything for that price. That isn't actually true that all discounted GC are obtain due to illegal methods - you just need to find your way to obtain those and ofc you still need to pay for them, but there's at least few legal ways you can get GC for ~40-50% of the price (not the GC itself, but things you can use to buy those), and if you sell them for 75% it's nice profit. But it looks like OP rather wanna scam people instead of giving them HQ product. :/
