OP, why are you so concerned that he didn't get a neg? DT people don't routinely tag account sellers, so I would say most of them have trust that's clean. Plus he and many others create throwaway accounts to do their deals with. Neg trust is appropriate but seldom helps.

Regarding your question
After realizing how bad trading accounts is, and how it can ruin the forum in all terms (spam, scam, shady behavior etc)
i want to devote myself and lark for those users, and publish their names here once in a while to make it a safer place to be.
after all, those vendor sell accounts In quantities to many users and if we can locate the root and act we can eliminate this criminal activity.
as former account trader, i now understand how unrightful it for both (forum and those who make the signature campaigns) it is.
