Thank you for the information. I understand this a little better. How does an account get escrowed? And if the the borrower does not pay, how does the seller get the account sold to get his money back or something along those lines?
The person gives their account details to the escrow to hold on to as collateral until the deal has been completed. IF the person defaults then you get the account.

Re: [2015-08-16] CD - Dark Web Markets 'Processed more Bitcoin than BitPay in 2014'

It's not surprising to me. Remember there are quite a few darknet markets and they were making millions in commissions alone, whereas bitpay is one company and only makes a tiny amount on commissions.

Are you going to be running a signature campaign for them? If so any more details?

The only ones that were seemingly missed was when the blockchain was being spammed/stress tested.

I agree. One of the biggest selling points of bitcoin is that it's free of this sort of censorship from banks or credit card companies and they only shoot themselves in the foot when they do this sort of thing and it spreads adoption to bitcoin in the process. Hopefully more companies will get involved whether they're censored or whether they're just sick of paying extortionate fees to payment processors and credit card companies.

Re: Bitcoin is at a turning point, evolving much more quickly than some observers re
There are obviously pros and cons to bitcoin and the volatility is a major and risky issue to most, but the key to the success of it lies in adoption. If an entire country or industry adopted it whether out of desperation or voluntarily I think that would have a significant impact on the price. If people and businesses kept getting involved with bitcoin at a steady rate I think the currency would only continue to rise and that's what we need rather than a currency that loses value over time.

I like how it has the potential to be a completely independent currency free from banks or governments. I also think it could become the worlds first universal currency and hope this happens as it would be pretty cool to spend bitcoins all over the world.

Is this avatar campaign still open? I'd be willing to join both this and the signature campaign if possible. Please let me know and I'll change them both asap. Thanks.

I'm not sure I would go on all out and call it a scam from the get go but I certainly don't trust Max. Sounds like he's trying to do his own Winklevii thing here.

I don't think the corruption charges of the officers will cause a retrial but its certainly their best option at the moment. I think Ross is screwed either way especially with the murder charges still pending. I would have felt sorry for him had he not done that (which I believe he is almost certainly guilty of).

The Sexual offences Act 1956 contains no statutory definition of 'consent'. Juries must be told that the word should be given its ordinary meaning, and that there is a difference between 'consent' and 'submission'.
Lack of consent may be demonstrated by:
The complainant's assertion of force or threats; Evidence that by reason of drink, drugs, sleep, age or mental disability the complainant was unaware of what was occurring and/ or incapable of giving valid consent; or Evidence that the complainant was deceived as to the identity of the person with whom (s)he had intercourse.
Thats for the UK but I'd look up your own countries laws if you're interested.
