Yes, I'm quite happy staking anonymously with my Spectrecoin. It's great to finally be able to say it's done and working instead of just on the roadmap. As far as I know, it's the currently the only project with private staking.

Good alts will have some hot price action and solid pumps again, possibly soon. I think low cap privacy coins with good tech will be great targets for pumps, as people use them to hide trails, so they will serve double function in the next cycle.

That's why I'm happy to accumulate Spectrecoin (XSPEC). Low cap privacy coin with solid tech, the only working anonymous staking (AND on a trustless setup). Seems like a great target for some crazy pumps, as whales will want to cycle some funds to gain back some anonymity as well as something with an easy order book to pump. Will these types of coins dump after? Maybe some, but there will be some new money sticking around for the private staking rewards.

XSPEC didn't end up being first with stealth staking, as PIVX got there first. But because of the Zerocoin vulnerability, they had to disable their privacy features. In the meantime, XSPEC delivered PoAS (stealth staking) on a trustless setup. Working great ever since. I love my untraceable staking rewards.

I also want to mention Spectrecoin (XSPEC) again. Even though it's a project that's almost 3 years old, it's practically a whole new coin since the new and unique Proof-of-Anonymous-Stake algorithm was developed and launched in May 2019.

Solid staking coin with multiple privacy features (including ring sigs, stealth addresses, integrated Tor+obfs4), declining inflation, decent exchange options, and smart developers working on more wallet options and privacy improvements for the roadmap. Also easy to setup and keep updated for staking on a raspberry pi.

As long as you remember that small cap alts truly are speculative, hence high risk and potential high reward, then I think there are definitely some gems worth looking into. Based on the interesting posts here, I'll look into XSN a bit more.

I'll admit I've been holding Spectrecoin for some time. I've got price targets in mind, but it's also a coin I don't think I'd ever fully trade out of since it does what I value in a cryptocurrency and it does them well: privacy and anonymous staking. Setting up my raspberry pi to stake it too to make it a simple and efficient way to keep accumulating. Plus it's got mobile wallets in development and cold staking on the horizon, so there are still factors that could lead to growth in interest and usage. The developers are available on Discord for discussion and I've seen them put in plenty of work over the course of 2018-2019.

So yes, XSPEC is my pick and I think it has a solid future. What other coins are you folks interested in? Good stuff in this thread.

Spectrecoin doesn't have a max supply, but it does have declining inflation due to stake rewards being fixed amounts. If you stake publicly, the rewards are 2 XSPEC per block. Private staking rewards 3 SPECTRE per block.

Agree on Spectrecoin. Anonymous staking rewards are a pretty killer feature if you think one of the main reasons for cryptocurrencies to exist is to truly be your own bank. No one needs to know how much I'm saving and how much interest I earn. That's my business alone. Plenty of altcoins are looking terrible vs. BTC right now, many at all time lows. Spectrecoin (XSPEC) is at a historic buy level. Time to stock up?

Spectrecoin is actually over 2 years old. The project just recently in May released their version of Stealth Staking. PIVX had stealth staking of zPIV for awhile and was first to market with anonymous staking rewards, but the recent Zerocoin vulnerability has forced the project to disable the privacy features. Still a great staking coin and they have done some great work and development.

I do have a good bag of XSPEC though, of course! The project has had its own share of problems, from the previous developer in 2017 making empty promises, as well as losing the main exchange for liquidity when Cryptopia shut down. But the current dev team has been actively developing for over a year now and XSPEC is listed on more exchanges than ever before. I'm just trying to get the word out as I would be interested if I just learned about it today. Staking + Privacy = Winning Investment in my opinion.

Spectrecoin (XSPEC) is getting some attention on Uptrennd, and why not? It's the only cryptocurrency out of thousands with WORKING stealth staking with the newly developed Proof-of-Anonymous-Stake. Yeah, the Libra project will bring too much control over people by knowing even more about their financial decisions. I'm with you on getting the word out about Spectrecoin (XSPEC). Staking anonymously is so accessible to the masses who will be realizing privacy is incredibly important. This project is simmering nicely, but will probably go full volcano someday. Stake privately, pick up more when you can, and wait.

Privacy coins really interest me. I like Spectrecoin (XSPEC) since it's got stealth staking and a comprehensive privacy suite of features. Simple and easy passive income and nobody can tell how much I'm holding or earning. I'm trying to get some funds to buy more and increase my staking frequency. Plus it's still under the radar, but with a growing community looking to market it on sites like Uptrennd and Publish0x. Check it out, the price is low enough that you still accumulate enough for consistent staking. I used to trade this one, but it's a long term hold for me now.
