After getting so many errors it just worked fine this moring. I guess your service is good but you are just overrun by people. Time to upgrade your system.

After a few months I tried your service again. It is even worse than before. Where is the new trading engine? Your site is even slower and throws more errors than it did before. Trying to buy for 2-3 hours already without any success. Ofc you stil have the same random error messages and orders suddenly pop up while the main page told me it failed. Seriously Kraken how do you even manage to run this incompetent and unreliable site?!?

Is Error 520 your new trade engine?

Instead of fixing the problems and issues you are creating new ones. I will also withdraw all my coins and stop using Kraken. Im moving to a reliable site which works when you need it. You are not going to make me lose money with your broken system anymore.

Kraken is not useable for me. When I try to use Kraken I always get offline servers 502 Bad Gateway. When I want to place an order I get the random error message "Expired or invalid form" or "Your order may failed" and have to waste an hour to set up an order. In the end it sets up multiple orders which I clearly didn't want where I lose my money.

Are you joking? How should we trade cryptocurrencies offline? Im using other sites where this doesn't happen. This is not a risk of trading electronically, it's a risk to use your site Kraken.com!

Today I wanted to buy a small amount of ripple. It failed 17 times and it gave me many different error messages. "Expired or invalid form" or "your order may failed". After 17 fails I got the message "insufficent funds" and knew immediately you fucked it up again. I checked the order book and noticed there are closed orders. The pages gave me 17 error messages while the orders worked in background. Luckly I had only a low amount of cash on my kraken account. It made more orders than I wanted.. I only wanted one working order and not multiple ones. It made too many orders because of the broken system which gave me 17 times an error messages whenever I tried to make the order. You can't give your users the message that it failed while you spent their cash in the background! Is this a prank or some kind of a joke?

tl;dr: Kraken shows you error messages and sets up orders in background. Closed orders suddenly appear in your order book and you cash disappears.

I can't take Kraken serious anymore. The last time I reported the broken system here you wrote you are working on it and you are going to fix it. Today I have the same problem again!

How are we supposted to make orders if the pages gives us multiple error messages while it makes orders in the background? In the worst case you have a lot of money on your account and the broken system sets up many orders instead of one.

I noticed the same. There where suddenly many orders which luckily failed. The kraken site gives you errors all the time and in the background they set up new orders.

"We recognize the trading engine issues, and we hope that the new trading engine will help solve the problems, though it is not a guarantee that it will always run perfectly. This is the risk of trading electronically, especially on an online platform."
This does absolutely not sound professional. They know there is a problem, and they hope their new trade engine will fix their problems, but they won't they guarantee it. In other words this is the risk trading on kraken.com. If it works you are lucky but if it fails it's your own fault because you are trading electronically, especially on an online platform such as kraken.com.

How can we take kraken.com serious anymore if it isn't doing what we want? It fails when we want to open or close orders, and in the background orders suddenly appear which were shown as failed before. If my money wouldn't be involved I would consider this as a bad joke. If you play with pennies it shouldn't be a problem but if you do serious trading with big investments it can't be a seen as a solution! I'll wait a bit and see what kraken does next. If they don't fix this problem immediately I will just take my money and trade on a professional site which works. I don't want spent an hour to make a single order which suddenly opens many orders in the background. This is like russian roulett, you will never know when it hits you in the face. If you like to play russian roulett while trading and take the risk of losing a lot of money this will fit you perfectly.

Same here. Trying to set an order for an hour and it keeps failing. The site throws random errors while you lose money. Really funny!

If you really need a reliable site for trading I can't recommend kraken.com. It always has problems when you want to trade. The site is so slow and the orders always fail when you need it. Very unprofessional! You should look for something else and don't use kraken.com!
