Placed quite a few orders with cigsspot and they all arrived except my last order a few weeks ago which was sadly stopped by customs (to uk). I have placed another order to see if it actually arrive!
Another successful order from Cigsspot. 6 days to UK which is my fastest order yet! Cigarettes perfect as always. Only issue is I never receive confirmation emails after placing my orders. Not sure if that is an issue with their server or me... Anyone else failing to receive confirmation emails?

Placed my second order with cigsspot on 19th may and received my order today 3rd June. Took 2 weeks to arrive to UK. First order only took 6 days but we had a long bank holiday weekend and the UK postal service was shut down which explains why I had to wait a little while longer. Cigarette quality is sublime as always from Moldova. I look forward to placing my next order. Thanks cigsspot!!
Hey only, ordered many times before and every time I have ordered so far my order has arrived in 7-10 days it has been nearly twice as long as any of my other orders and have not received them yet. How long should I wait before classing them as lost?

Heya, sorry to hear your last order is taking longer than usual. We do not know why that is, but I'm sure that if you give it another week or so it should be with you (delivery to your country can take all the way up to 4-5 weeks from the day of the dispatch). Thanks for your patience!
Hey they have still not turned up
I think they may have been misplaced Hm, the tracking number says it has arrived to your country on 17/03/16. Have you quoted the tracking number at your local post office, and if so, what did they say?
They have said that they don't know where is is as the tracking was never updated after arriving into the UK. I have not received a customs letter either, but i don't know how long they would take to arrive.
I had my order seized (to UK) and received a customs letter about 5/6 weeks after it was posted. Assuming they haven't arrived, customs take a while to get in touch.
Received a Notice of Seizure letter from the border force today!! How disappointing. They never even offered me the ability to pay tax on the cigarettes. Any other UK buyers have any recent seizures?
Placed my second order over 3 weeks ago and still waiting. Last order arrived a week after dispatch and that was over Christmas! Anyone yet to receive orders placed in the last month or so?
Because of volatility. Also, most merchants that have adopted Bitcoin has not been a success. Very little customers are using Bitcoin, it is still a niche market and will remain so for the foreseeable future.
