As far I know, @In the silence has done the best he can, because the promised bounty token distribution day has come, of course he has to do something with gas fee to start the distribution. I think that's why he chose to ask the bounty participants to send gas fee to him, everything was smooth, distribution started even he did it manually. He even said he would return the remaining unused gas back to the owner. I'm truly fine with that.
I also saw him say on telegram, to stop sending eth as gas fee, but I don't think people care, because hunters want to get their token immediately.

Welp, if we're going to blame someone it is with P2P it selves due to lack of proper communication. they're scared of responsibilities when it comes to criticisms. they kept on silencing the public for their opinions. me myself got banned as well for asking if they know what is happening with the bounty campaign.
for me personally this is a fishy project.
