This applies to the Discord and ANN pages.  All of the information in the original ANN page was erased by the author, so there was definitely a reason to start this one.

This thread was created before the original one was deleted because there was suspicion that something like this COULD happen, but there was still a desire that there would be a decent transition.  The original ANN owner apparently decided to take a "salt the earth" strategy, so perhaps a tag such as what you mentioned would now be more appropriate.  I'll pass along your suggestion to the owner of this thread.

This whole situation definitely could have been handled differently by many people involved, but this kind of shake out was expected with a truly decentralized project, where many great people outside of the core team are involved.  Raven has already made great strides because of these dedicated individuals, and the resetting of the Discord and ANN ownerships will bring more strength to Raven than what was lost during the process.

Due to recent events with the original Discord server and original ANN owner/author, the original Discord server is now gone.  You can find the new, migrated server by going to https://discordapp.com/invite/jn6uhur  This ANN page is now the official ANN for Raven.
