Update wallet v.5.0.2.0
https://github.com/investmentblockchain/IBP-Core/releases/tag/v.5.0.2.0

1) algorithm replacement - NeoScrypt -> lyra2z (05/29/2018 @ 6:00pm (UTC))
2) BlockTime: 5 minutes -> 2 Minutes
3) Updating the design

What's the reason behind algorithm changing?

Seems that you can't mine on any pool right now - I was mining @ asiatrade.pool, they changed to lyra2z but they seem to have problems.

I started mining QBIC yesterday night, having these

Code:
-p c=QBIC,mc=QBIC

as my options (per the first page's instructions).

Regardless, I'm seeing that in addition to finding QBIC shares, I find Feathercoin, GoByte and Vivo shares and the shares seem to be going to an exchange after maturing.

Is there a problem I should know about?

Hi,

it usually can spend 3-4 shares in a beginning to other coins until it switches to QBIC. So very little amount is fine, and you should to be worried.

The thing is it's not in the beginning, but after several hours. And what about the exchange part, are my QBIC shares sent to an exchange to be changed to... QBIC?!

What you've done seems very good! Are you planning on implementing monitoring for ccminer? What about pools based on Yii framework (ahashpool, zpool, etc.)?

First of all, thank you for your feedback Smiley
I'm currently working on the implementation of BMiner and have already made some progress there. BMiner should be available for monitoring in the next couple of days.
ccminer is also on my list and I will go for all of its forks after BMiner is ready to use.

Yii API seems interesting, I will take a look on it too. Thanks for the recommendation.
Updates will be posted on this thread.

Thanks for the fast reply! I was just asking as many people (me included!) use some of the Yii-based pools using some algo-switching software, and most of the miners used are forks of ccminer.

Take a look for example at NemosMiner: https://github.com/nemosminer/NemosMiner/tree/master/Miners

Out of the 18 miners, 11 are ccminer forks. EWBF and DSTM are already supported by you, so by implementing ccminer support, I think many people will begin using your platform! Smiley

We would like to announce that the delay in the confirmation of the blocks has been solved and we are operating with full force, blocks being mined normally !!
Go Go MLM

Exactly how is it solved? Still need 101 blocks on bsod.pw...

Apparently, this is something else, as this project hasn't begun yet and the acronym is different (XDB vs BOAT).

Thx for answering. MPM is my first multi-algo swich. What I like is that is open source and is easily modificable. Haven't tried other's, but it might worth having a look. One thing that annoys me is the fact the is obsessed with lyra and prefers doing that algo over others more profitable. I'd like to know if this is because it's "learning" or is some kind of bias

Those I mentioned are also open source and easily modifiable, since they forked MPM at some time and then went on and did their own thing.

I thought I'd try zergpool after mining for some days in ahashpool so I could compare the two.

But for the time being I'm seeing very large gaps between the earnings (always compared to ahashpool for example).

Here is my status page: http://zerg.zergpool.com/?address=17N1zFK3SaeMx2m4a4s1pUKkiWmf6wfoJP

Hi. This is my theory about the gaps: they are because no blocks were found by the pool in that time. Happens when some low coin has a sudden drop in diff, but the pool is doesn't get any block, and when diff rises and changes work, this is some kind of working time loss (still you retain some shares for that coin, that will be there for next block found).

In the meantime, I had a look at your account and could see some interesting things. For the algos I've been mining, I think I have a bit more hashrate than you (sib, nist5, neoscrypt), right now I'm testing other algos. But your switching is clearly better than mine.
May I ask what software are you using? I'm trying Multipoolminer right now. I've read that profit depends on for how long has been running... Can anyone confirm this? Also I'd like to know about your rig. I'm with 4x1080 and 1x1080ti, standar OC settings (65%,+150,+500).

About 1.3 mbtc (a bit more) I was expecting in 24h, but barely made 1.1... I'd like to know about ahaspool too, didn't look very well for me when I had a look.

I really hope you can help with this, thanks.

Hi. Interesting explanation but I'd like to here from the pool admin himself!

As for my rig, it's a 9x1070 one. My OC settings are 95%,+100,+400 - seems to be the most stable for non-Ethereum mining.

For the software, I was using the Zergpool modified SniffDogMiner. I've tried MultiPoolMiner but don't like that I can't see the miner windows in the latest versions.

Basically, all the multi-algo switching software (SniffDogMiner, NemosMiner, etc.) are based on MPM by aaronsace with their own modifications, but I can't say which one is better.

And I haven't yet tried NemosMiner!

I have circled here (https://imgur.com/a/RQUYq) what I mean, you can see 15-20 minute gaps between the earnings.

I will give s2.mpos-pool a try, but it seems that the pool fee is 3% compared to bsod.pw's 0.9%...  Huh

I'm mining at mpos pool and getting about 20% more coins than at BSOD pool yesterday.
There's a 3% fee, but you don't need a wallet to mine there.

BSOD pool - 108 coins for 17 hours
Mpos pool  - 105 coins for less than 14 hours

4xGTX1080 rig

where u mining go so if you dont need wallet ?
use pool wallet ? and trade from pool to exchange right?

It's like miningpoolhub.com, you are mining at an internal pool wallet and when you want you can transfer your funds to a wallet of your own (or an exchange for that matter).

If you do it once or twice per day, I believe no exchange will be having a problem with that.

Raziel,

Cannot see your wallet on the blockchain, are you sure you are on the latest update?

http://explorer.tunecrypto.io/address/TVfDYFa59Lwwwnctc9hsdAMV4tNE1fJ2Q7

Thing is that the last payment from the pool (~10 coins) appeared on my wallet but not on the explorer. Don't know how can this be explained tbh...

For the moment I'm mining something else until the problems are sorted out.
