I thought I bought at the bottom, but got a second bottom as a gift 
I liked this coin because of the opposite trend with respect to other coins. When earlier everything fell in price, this coin was growing upwards. Unfortunately now it is obvious that something is going wrong ... What happened? Why did people start selling their coins?

For about 3 months they banged on about going anti Asics with the Atlantis algo/s release then at the last minute dropped it.

processed fine, however they never showed in his wallet and still don't show

Can you please email them one more time and see if they can find any information on their end? If after about 72 hours you've had no luck let me know and I'll see if there is anything I can do. (Please note I am note responsible for the exchange, I'm just trying to help)

They have looked at it a couple of times, both times they say the transaction has been successful, which it has to some degree. I can't fault that logic
I can only assume its like a language barrier and they're not reading the full ticket or not fully understanding what I'm trying to get across

No, it is not only you, I saw yesterday a price manipulation at 14:00 pm with transactions of 50 and 18 DERO, that for two hours someone buy and sell constantly to increase the price. Do not get me wrong is good that the price increase. However, this technique is not ethical to do it, and also in not real, in long term will make real damage to the project. I know a lot of people will attack this comment, but to prove it, just see the graphics in tradeogre before making it.
Nah, a few of my friends have mentioned this too, bots are in play too, 39.999 buy and sells with the occasional 9.999 both ways its heavily whaled and manipulated, I bet they're butthurt at the sudden Price drop

With this in mind, have you considered dumping some of the premined coins into the exchange to ease / steady the price its extreme currently due to lack of supply.
The Dero team will not be dumping any premined coins, and we can't control the market, nor will we try to.
You're controlling the market by not releasing premined coins to suit the current high demand for them

Supply should meet the demand, Stocks Exchange is not cut out for the task

That one I must agree. GPU miners practically stopped mining, and now, only few ASIC miners (or NH rentors) are getting all the rewards for now.
Premined coins aren't linked to some elaborate timing device that swings open a vault door.
The market needs flooding to spread the wealth or it needs a bigger exchange with many users, to get a better spread on the coins.
Dero right now is being pumped and dumped hard.
Stocks exchange is absolutely dreadful.The only beauty of Stocks is, it shows you how many people are viewing each coin type.
I keep a close eye on Dero and have done for quite a while since like January, it's funny how Dero never has more than say 15 people on the exchange page.
Essentially it's just a few bag holders / Asic's miners that are manipulating the price.
Why would a 6 month old project that's getting it's back doors smashed in by Asics, without even a Gui or Webwallet be more expensive to buy than say Aeon or SumoKoin?
The price right now in my opinion is hyper inflated due to lack of supply, / only Asics are mining it.
Yeah it's a good project but seriously? more than a dollar is pushing it for what it offers so far. never mind 2.5 - 3.
The Asics miners would jump ship if it wasn't so lucrative to harvest the ass out of Dero and manipulate it. They're bending everyone over as they control the coins.
on the upside, I dumped my bag of Dero @ 30,000 sats as it would be foolish not to.

Maybe this was already asked & answered before, but considering the price increase, would you consider lowering the payout threshold on pool.dero.live from 2.0 DERO down to 0.5, or even 0.25?

It's a display bug in wallet. Type 'balance' command in the wallet and will unlock all yellow coins.

Can you restart your pc, restart the daemon, and if the balance has not updated please use the rescan_bc followed by rescan_spent commands
Yellow means it is locked for 10 confirmations. However, we still have a few minor changes to make as sometimes a balance will incorrectly show that it is locked until the steps above are performed.

They're all locked now, I'm not too bothered as I'm not going to spend them any time soon, will this fix itself over time?

I downloaded from http://seeds.dero.io/alpha/ the wallet supports: dero_windows_amd64.zip and dero_windows_x86.zip, (no matter). Up to now, I have already (existing) DERO wallet which is not synchronized anymore. When I run, for example, dero-wallet-cli-windows-amd64.exe, then after "open existing wallet" option, I was asked about the wallet filename (default wallet.db). Unfortunately, I don't find the wallet.db file anywhere in my previous user-friendly skin DeroWallet_Win64_v0.0.3 folder.
Does it mean that, unfortunately, I completely lost all coins what I have in the previous wallet and I have to create a new fresh wallet in a new command-line skin? Or I can somehow recover and return my previous mining founds?
You need to select the option, "recover wallet using recovery seed (25 words)" from the wallet-cli menu. You should have written down your 25 word recovery seed when you first created your wallet using the old wallet-cli, but if you didn't there is a command to get the seed from it (I don't remember the exact command and I already deleted the old wallet-cli).

when you opened the wallet first time did you allow connections? via the pop up box?

open the wallet, you have to generate a new wallet and give it a password
You can then save the wallet Seed by right clicking on the CLI box, select edit and copying what it says then pasting into notepad or something similar.
