Once you adjust the memory straps save the bios and copy it to the atiflash folder. Flash the bios to your card with:

Since you are using a modified custom bios and the new AMD drivers since 16.12 check for a valid bios signature, you need to patch the driver or use a driver older than 16.12 for Windows to recognize the card. Assume Jesse is an idiot, and didn't know this. Jesse hypothetically rebooted before doing this, and now one of his cards wont boot -_-. Is it safe to patch the driver (on the other bios on the same card using the switch) and then switching back?Code:

Because there is real problem on the market with mobos. H81, tb85, tb250 and other cheap mobos for mining always out of stock i was wandering maybe there is some chance to buy some normal mobo for around 50-60$ that has 2 or 3 pcie slot and use 3in1 pci hub for run 6 or 7 gpus on this mobos. Is it possible? And if yes someone can advice some cheap motherboard dor this job?

I still have one question. I'm new with gpu mining and going to build my first rigs. It would be great if i use your experience and don't waste money&time for researching and experimenting. Right now i'm interested wich card is better to go with. I'm considering between rx470 & rx480 also what is the difference for mining between 4GB and 8 GB versions? Which brand and model is better to use for mining ? Which one is more reliable and user friendly in maintance, upgrading, etc...

i think here is mistake. 2880 can handle up to 2-3 rigs and 4KW can handle full 4 rigs. edit post in beginning to dont make some troubles for buyers. want to buy some of this so this will be my fixing in this topic

i think here is mistake. 2880 can handle up to 2-3 rigs and 4KW can handle full 4 rigs. edit post in beginning to dont make some troubles for buyers. want to buy some of this so this will be my fixing in this topic

it's good when you paying 0 in customs for 1350$ stuff
if you had deal with bitmain in past than you know what kind of troubles you can get.. my hashing board dead because bitamins PSU killed it... and it's not my first and not my last miner so there is nothing wrong with it and i'm not electrical enthusiast to do something wrong with miner anyway your offer 800$ shipped was to low...

it's some kind of strange when someone says that's he accepts 1 btc for item and actually item on auction for 1536$ with 43 bids and auction ends in 2 days and 4 hours from now. don't you find something weird in this ? also when you don't want to buy somthing and considering price in thread it looks like lowballing...

want to sell Antminer S9 B4. miner have 1 dead hashing board i'v sent it to Bitmain usa and they told thats that board unrepairable and they can ship that board back for 25$ so if someone will buy this miner and want non working HB too i can ship it directly to buyer for 25$.
about my miner everything works perfect except that 1 board right now this miner works on stable 9 TH and have 0 issue. want 1200$ for it + Shipping. for shipping price tell me your location and i'll find out the cost.
