I was wondering does bidium focus on a specific job for freelancers? or is it a typical freelancer site wherein all jobs are available? I'm just curious. hoping it reaches alot of freelancers, you don't see a 0 zero transaction fee site everyday. 
I dont think Bidium will control the advertisements of job posted by employers, as to which one is allowed and which one is not. As long as they pay they are allowed to post. Bidium will just serve as a freelance job hunting place i think. Applicants can just scroll as much as they want and find the best offer that suits their skills. I also hope they will have offers that suits my skills. 
Well, the truth is there already exists a lot of freelance hiring sites for free out there (yes, absolutely free, not a single cent to spend), even Bidium recognizes that and even made a comparison chart as one can see from their other channels.
But the thing is this, Bidium offers this freelance hiring service in a decentralized nature on top of blockchain technology. Sounds really fancy isn't it?
So we are left to ask, how could decentralization help in the industry of freelance hiring? There you go, you are now in the same street as i am, maybe a few house away but i'm sure we'll meet soon.

This Can be a lifesaver for those freelancers but there is one problem in this platform. How can they filter out those lazy ass freelancer from the platform. Yes there will be a hardworking freelancer out there but what about those people who doesn't do their work as a freelancer? It'll be the loss of the people who hire them if they don't do their work.
I think there is a rating process or I may say there should be a rating process for both the freelancer and the employer to protect both of them. Feedbacks and reviews is also a good module for their hiring platform. Since this project is in the development stage, the team is still in the process of evaluating what should be added to the features of their hiring platform.
Bidium freelancing platform is what I am excited about because this is something new in the crypto world. How will they go about their hiring process, payment process, rating process, and feedbacks? What is the security of both freelancers and employers? I have lots of questions in mind so I will keep an eye on this project as they launch soon.

No doubt about it! Most of the Bidium team are highly experience in IT field, law, marketing etc. They surely know what they are doing and the need for the services being offered. For me, the whitepaper is not that long compared to the others that I've already read.
With the exchange, we can easily do trade and buy and sell.

Good observation! They are really doing cost-cutting prices and fees which is good for the seller and the buyer. The more satisfied seller, the tendency that they will come back to the platform and order again is really high. Aside from that, there is a wide variety of products to choose from and can be bid for lower prices

In my country, there is an application that provides the crypto enthussiasts a way to convert bitcoin and ethereum in fiat currency. In addition, we can also withdraw or deposit our funds in that application. Withdrawals can conduct in remittance area and there is an convenient store where we can deposit our funds.

although it's a bit hard to believe that cryptoriya can allow no verification on its project, i would still like to think they can make it work. because i believe highly believe that one of the purpose of crytocurrency is to protect user identity by keeping it privately.
I really believe that this project will work. Most of us really want to become anonymous because we wanted to be very private. I hope that other organization, as well as the government, will do something about this without compromising our privacy. Some of us want to be very silent in some way or another.

I understand the convenience of being able to convert right away your coins/tokens into cash. But since you are being connected to fiat money. government rules and regulations should apply. To be fully operational, each government in every country needs KYC for every customer. So if you are going to be KYC free, then I doubt that the government will allow you to proceed with your project.
There might be KYC i think with CryptoRiya as a user im not sure with it but it is impossible to require kyf in every transactions. When we withdraw cash from our ATM card there is no such hassle of kyc. When we pay with debit card in malls or restaurant we are not being asked with any question, we just give the card and they give us the reciept back.A KYC ( KNOW YOUR CUSTOMER ) is a must with this!
they will be dealing with cards and transactions. this will not be legal if there will be no proper documentation before releasing those cards.
purchasing and others will not have an identity, receipts are important to have too.
I am still reviewing the Whitepaper so that I can understand carefully why KYC is not required. What are their reasons why they don't require it? What are the advantages and disadvantages of having no KYC? And most of all, if it will be widely accepted by the whole world because I believe that this project will be implemented worldwide in the near future.

I've just scanned their whitepaper because I was impressed in their project. Reality speaking, we need a project like CriptoRiya where we can convert anything we want specially, in our tokens. It is too hard to find a legit application where we can exchange our coins that we earned in trading or bounty hunting. I strongly agree. Now that there is an exchange based on Blockchain Technology, I think our tokens will be much safer from hackers that usually targeting those local exchange and rob our hard-earned money. This is really a great project. I will look closely and monitor the progress of this project.
