As soon as the mainstream media stops talking about bitcoin it will "stabilise"

I am writing a blog article where I review different exchanges.  If any one is interested i can post a link later.

In my experience I actually found that lot of "low standard" exchanges can be really good, have a really good team behind and create a place where the traders can decide if a coin is worth trading or not.  For example gdax is a really nice exchange but with extremely limited alternatives.  In the other hand yobit is looked down on but its actually not bad.

I am searching for bitcoin developers(web integration) but can't seem to find any good ones. Ones with experience and or references to previous projects... Freelancer.com & UpWork is filled with people with very poor english and 100s of people applying without even reading the job description.

Is there any good places where i could find developers with bitcoin experience?
