I just saw in the telegram grou[ that the hybrid exchange will be launched in February.

If this bear market recovers then we shold see a nice pump back to the 5-6$ range. I loaded up on the drop so a price recovery would be very welcome

I noticed the similarities on the account page to bitshares. This is great that it is on graphene but why wouldn't you plan on porting it onto EOS.

Chris is someone who is going to bring a bunch of unwanted negativity to your project as he is a well known scammer to everyone who is familiar with Bitshares and Blockpay

Get rid of this guy and have Ken Code fill the vacancy.

Most dentists have never even heard of Ethereum and have limited insurance plans they accept. I have a real hard time believing that my dentist in a large practice is going to be taking Dentacon.

Re: VeChain, still super undervalued
by

In my opinion, it is not very profitable to join VeChain now because this project is no longer undervalued if you are looking for 1000x grown but it is a solid investment if you are looking for a medium risk and medium reward in the short term( x10 to x100 for the year)

Only in crypto is x100 called medium reward lol

Ven is overvalued and I won't buy more. I will hodl but won't be adding. But I guess the jump to .55 held me back from putting in more too so take it for what its worth

Released without much fanfare today. Just a simple email. Another milestone knocked down early. A few more months and the blockchain will be going live

It is a little surprising though how little the trading volume for ICN is compared to some of the other tokens. The team hasn't done any favors generally not treading investors property, and just being super arrogant in general in their communication. If the team cannot build a core group of supporters that can genuinely rally behind the project, it becomes much much harder to attract new people.

I think you meant to say "It isn't surprising"

The investors in crypto are the biggest cheerleaders for their projects. You burn the investors you lost out on your best free advertising.

Coinmarket cap rank #97 not much longer and we will be on Page 2

Whoever managed this heist is probably smart enough to outwit a simple tagging system.

I agree that the NEM team should have learned from ETH's mistake in getting involved in a theft.

Take care, a phone has a lot of vulnerabilities when compared to best practices.  Use with burnable amounts.  But ya, it's an awesome app.  I've been used to using mymonero.com for such purposes, and this much easier and more convenient.  Add a hardware wallet for topping up, you are safe and versatile.  SoonTM
Actually an Android phone is probably mores secure that a Windows PC because it runs all apps in a virtual machine. Of course though there's always the risk of your phone being stolen and went through if you don't have a password or gave the password to the person who decided to go through your phone.

Well that goes without saying.  Windows is self described as malware, if you read the fine print.  Nowhere will you find Windows included in ''best practices'  Cheesy

But who knows what that app you downloaded to put monkey lips on pictures of your family? you gave it file access. Maybe it will just grab any wallet . dat files etc. too.

Who can realy call any phone safe?

That's what I was thinking. This is why there are no games or such on my phone. They want access to everything. files/Pictures/contacts ...We all know about the clipboard weakness as well. I always think of my phone as being a very weak link.

Didn't someone put 1M Waves into the ICO at the very last stages of the crowdfunding? Surely that person does not blindly invest in a project without expecting it to go places.

You're quite right. I had forgotten about this. This was when waves was trading around .50 USD as well. He has already lost out on some very good gains with waves.

The team had a rocky start but are moving on the right track now

Well unless you are living under a rock you have heard about Robinhood that is supposed have their exchange live within a few months. I feel that this could really have a negative impact on Eidoo. Yes I realize the ICO engine is something noteworthy but it seems that with the roadmap it is only the Eth exchange that will be coming online soon

Re: Why you shouldnt be shorting
by

on 27/01/2018, 01:39:26 UTC
I agree and wouldn't think of shorting because it may never go down to the point that you shorted at.

On the other hand in this market I would feel comfortable going long because given enough time I think most coins will rise again (assuming you are going long on a solid coin) it's just a matter of how much interest will you be paying until it reaches a profitable position again

So I went to MatchICO and first thing needed is KYC. During beta only FB is allowed, I don't do FB because I respect my privacy.

So in order to get Bitclave you must provide ID, that is a loser right out the gate for me. I guess that it should have been expected but without clear cut rules on what info is shared.  I spend much time trying to block ads and tracking so I won't be earning any.

This is Huge news that had little to no impact on the price action today. This is actually a good thing and Brocks tweet about EOS not being an investment cooled things down. I would much rather see slow organic growth than pumps and dumps.

Mike Novogratz is a huge player in the blockchain space and I am happy that he is onboard. You know if he is for a project you are on the right track. My money follows the smart money of others

Do we have at least one or two successful projects, which used Waves platform? For some reason many of them can't even reach softcap during ICO and therefore die before birth. That's too bad, I like Waves. Ethereum is some kind of monopoly on the market of smart contracts now.

I posted here some days ago that DARFchain will move the project frm Waves to Ethereum ERC20 token.
Darf ICO right now is an epic failure.

This kindda news, u will never heard here, coz mainly propaganda pro waves.
Negative stuff are hidden.
They act as if negative point can not help to improve waves :bad way to improve a system.
If you only listen to supporter and do not stand critics, then one day u will hit a wall : the reality.

Think also that actually all ICO in dev lab incubator are russian or at least CEO name sounds russian. This is not an international success : not one foreign company. Not ONE. Amazing : they spent many days flying around the world, many hours to present their project/vision in Asia for what?

And yes i know the answer : project is great, give time ans so on.
Hallelujah i can heard angels  LOL
This ain't a project this is a sect

You are correct that all moon talk is not healthy nor honest. Much of the progress about Waves is in russia and that is disappointing but on the other hand when we have smart contracts Waves is in line to be called the Russian Ethereum. It worked for Neo... Waves has made some great contacts and inroads in Russia and I still patiently expect great things.

I believe that decentralized exchanges will flourish because of these new KYC laws and taxes. This flies in the face of why bitcoin was created in the first place.

The government even wants a cut if you bought bitcoin at $500 and hold it for 5 years and then just purchase something with the appreciated earnings. Watch Monero fly in price as well.

I realize that the government does need taxes to operate but it has become a huge hungry machine that is growing and provides less and less things that we really need. It has far usurped it's original needs and plans. Reaching into our lives much too deeply

Re: Binance Meteoric Success Accompanies Various Shortcomings
by

Binance is doing great volume and has many happy customers. It seems to have everything everyone could ask for in an exchange. Good tokens and good volume.

But like was previously mentioned... The withdrawal fees are the most common complaint. As far as I know these fees go straight into their pocket and are not burned. This is why they don't seem to be in a hurry to lower them. A good solution would be to have tiered fees.. less than $1k pay a higher fee inn order to reduce the amount of little transactions
