1) Es gibt derzeit keine offizielle Formvorschrift, anders gefragt: Warum sollten sie den Report nicht akzeptieren? Wir hatten bisher keine Probleme mit cointracking Reports bei den FAs in ganz Deutschland.
2) Leider ist das nicht korrekt. §23 (den du ja hilfweise für Krypto heranziehst) schreibt FiFo vor! Von anderen Methoden LiFo oder Durchschnitt musst du das FA erstmal überzeugen. (Ja es gibt Leute die LiFo durchbekommen haben)
3) Ja haben wir bereits mehrere. ich muss ehrlich gestehen, dass ich mich wundere wie wenig Nachfragen bezüglich der Kryptoeinkünfte erfolgen. Mit was für Rückfragen rechnest du denn die unangenehm werden könnten?

Anmerkungen:
2) Mit welcher Argumentation haben andere Personen LIFO durchbekommen, ist das bekannt? Lässt sich die Durchschnittsmethode irgendwie mit Cointracking simulieren?
3) Da ich recht lückenlos aufgezeichnet habe, rechne ich mit wenigen Nachfragen. Frage nur aus Interesse.
Werde das alles natürlich von einem Steuerberater überprüfen und nachrechnen lassen - wie jemand anmerkte, spielt man bei solchen Summen nicht herum.

Ich hätte drei kleine Fragen an euch - vielleicht kann mir hier jemand weiterhelfen.
Kurz zu meiner Situation: Ich habe 2017 sehr viel Trading betrieben und dabei einen fast siebenstelligen Umsatz erzielt - in den Vorjahren war ich in der Crypto-Welt noch gar nicht aktiv. Nun habe ich alle Trades beinahe lückenlos (es fehlen nur kleinere Trades von Etherdelta, diese habe ich so gut es geht rekonstruiert) in das Tool von cointracking.info eingetragen und mir einen Steuerreport generieren lassen.
Nun zu meinen Fragen:
1) Den erzielten Gewinn trage ich ja in der Anlage SO ein. Ich habe vor, den Steuerreport (die Liste mit den nach Tagen gruppierten Trades inkl. Gewinn-Verlustrechnung) beizulegen. Wird das Finanzamt diesen als Nachweis akzeptieren, zumal ich diesen beinahe lückenlos gepflegt habe?
2) Ich habe mich nach einiger Rechnerei und Überlegung für die LIFO-Methode entschieden. Meine Recherche hat ergeben, dass man sich dies zu Beginn auswählen kann, sofern man in den folgenden Jahren dann an der Methode festhält - ein Wechsel zu FIFO ist dann z.B. nicht mehr möglich. Ist das korrekt?
3) Hat bereits jemand Erfahrungen mit der Steuererklärung von 2017 gemacht bzw. einen Bescheid erhalten? Gab es irgendwelche nennenswerten Probleme oder Rückfragen?

The only point which bugs me about wetrust is the low percentage of coins they have kept for themselves. Only 8 million of a pool of 100 million which really puts them at a spot that they don't stand to make good profit for themselves by these gains. They really have to shoot for the stars to accrue something for them. I have found a 60:40 to be the best means to raise money and give the developers and the team a chance to really work for in order to earn millions for themselves.
This seems to be a very good point from my understanding. That means that they are positive on getting WeTrust / TRST very big and that their 8 million coins will be way enough for them. And it shows that they are not greedy.

They are right on track with their roadmap. Alpha & Beta will be finished this month and the product is going to be released in December. I think right after the BTC fork they are going to start with their marketing in order to get things going.

TRST will be an 6-digit market cap-coin at the end of the year I guess. Their roadmap is stuffed with big announcements / releases, the price is damn low - it has everything it needs in order to get a 4-5x pump at least.
