I agree with marked.
If the internet is shut down, BTC would not be one of the top concerns for many people at all. This will not happen for obvious reasons. I wouldn't worry.

I've been here for a while now and deal with a large amount of BTC each day. If you are in the same places as me with the exchanging of BTC you will know my name. You know where I come from.
