Eterbank project really outstand in the previous months because of their achievement and active team which give us a presence that they are really into it. But I see today that I think there is a problem with the project.
I think it is impossible to the project to make an outstanding position in the future if the workers are not really dedicated on making Eterbank a grateful and awesome project.

How do the team of Eterbank reach out to their community? By telegram channel only? How about their fellow supporters from other social media platform?
I guess they have also accounts on other social media platforms to communicate with their supporters and investors. It would be better if the team will answer this question so that both know what will be their response.
I also question it to myself. However, we can't say anything negative about the project because they're active on telegram and they post their updates and announcements in the channel. But let's just see how they will respond to this.

The only product they have is the POS (?) that serves as a tool for retailers. They don't have feasible products that they're selling only the POS system. This is just what I understand on this project.

Yes, without knowing any info about the company people are commenting about the company. Team is doing good but they need to work on the roadmap why they mentioned.
If they can't follow the roadmap then that's the time when their supporters will lose trust on them. A lot of projects end up doing that because they lack funds and a strategy to deliver what they have promised.
But I guess the team are following the roadmap since they're going to be a long term project and I know people will trust them because of showing up everyday.

Yeah precisely, commercialization nowadays is too fast growing and most ICOs do that. But this project targets to help the students and also university. Making money isn't worth it if you can't help solve other people's problem.

I've heard many negative and positive feedbacks about cloud mining. How this service will be different from other cloud mining services? Share some more info! 
It is being stated that on their site that "Currently, Bucket is only available in the United States. However, we will be expanding internationally in the future, so stay tuned!". So, I think it is almost month since this was written and what I need to know is the status of the update.
Do they have kyc for thier investors? I think its pretty easy to ressolve restrictions regarding locations even if it is only intended for US residents only.
