Do I need to fill something up to get attention over my costumer support ticket? 2 days and no response, with a simple web UI problem.

PS: do not change your LoL summoner name, digibytegaming does not update automatically and checks the summoner name instead of the ID for the rewards. Also, there's no way to manually update it

Their prices are not "unbeatable" 12-14 months ROI seems just like Eobot, not saying they are legit  but is not something you can lose your head for, just another one added to the list of pseudo legit cloud mining, like the ones which your payment decreases daily and you never make ROI in the long run.
Just like eobot but eobot has been paying me since june last year

Been at eobot for over a year, and I'm still not getting my ROI. The rewards keep going down as time passes by.

Just do this, but any 24 hour contract... check the income after the time is over.

You pay 100 and get 95.

Now, after installing chrome beta as recommended the wallet starts, yet does not work (Insight error).

 Undecided

Seriously. I need a simple wallet backup aes.json decryptor. I have the password, but the file can only be imported into the chrome extension wallet. Technically they are lost if the wallet does not work.

Resuming: "We have no f*cking idea and our reply has nothing to do with the ticket you submitted"

Edit: poking around I found a file that contains a heck of data and something that resembles a privkey; yet, when importing it into DGB core it returns "Invalid private key encoding (code -5)"

%AppData%\Local\Google\Chrome\User Data\WHATEVER_YOUR_PROFILE_IS\Local App Settings\lpmijfncbdjhcbockhipcncnhfgghkoj\000003.LOG

There's several "keys" in there, including endryption ones. Perhaps someone can guide me into what encryption it's applied to my key?
(Very frikking crappy if my key and encryption file are stored at the same file)

Here's how to get a backup of your chrome app wallet:
- Download Chrome Beta 52.0.2743.33
- Open Chrome App for the Digi wallet
- You'll get an error "Error at wallet service: insight error", click ok
- Click on the gear icon in the upper right hand corner
- Click Advanced, Export Wallet, pick a password, confirm password, click on Download.
- The json file with the encrypted key/s will be in your windows download folder.

Hope that helps someone else as well  Cool

Yes, now I've a json encrypted file that is not imported by any wallet. Great.

Any tool where I can put the salt, password and string at to get MY FUCKING PRIVKEY? (and finally be able to import it at DGB core)
See, that’s what I don’t get. Someone attempts to help another community member and in return is repaid with abuse and bad language. This kind of attitude is soul destroying as well as futile.

Telling me to get a backup is not helping... It's stating that air is for breathing. Obviously, any crypto user makes backups of their keys 30 seconds after getting a wallet. Obvious.

I didnt expect that this shittocurrency would have no cross compatibility in their wallets (cmon, copying any other crypto scheme of work is not that hard; why get original and fail at it?)

Yeah, and I would LOVE for any dev to tell me where in hell is the privkey stored at my chrome app (at which folder/file). so I may retrieve it and add it into my DGB core.

The reply I got from them is hilarious:

If that's the only reason why not use a web or mobile based wallet?  Personally I never had much of a problem with the qt client, even when I've let it get out of sync for a month or two, but if you're having such issues it might be a sensible move.

I'm actually unable to log into the web wallet at the moment.  It's been down the last 2 times I've tried accessing.  I, too, will be cashing out of DGB once I can access my funds.

I could host a site for you... yes, give me your privkeys (the main reason why people use cryptos is because them, and only them are responsible for their money).

Phone wallet... Phones will never be secure, for more info google "the fappenning".

I would LOVE cross compatibility among wallets...

This shitcoin offers a wallet app for chrome that no longer works and importing the json file is impossible at dgb core.

"we have an updated version that works ready to be released"...
It's 200Gb? then, why dont you upload it already?

Does anyone know where the wallet.dat is located at in the chrome app? Maybe it can be retreived somehow...

3/4 games are not working. the simon game is simply impossible (I'm seriously thinking about making a simple "if pixel() < $colvar then send($key)" ) script. If you make it inhumanly impossible to use, expect scripters. (seriously, the "gap" to press the keys is less than 500ms)

the faucet... at least disable the "claim" button when it's not ready to be claimed. Or put a damn timer, as any other site has.

So, is there a way of unlocking the "secret area"? (other than referring a smurf account and play 3 matches)
I've been referring people to DGB for weeks and none of them really find it appealing enough to grant me access at all.

Is that area really worth it?

Edit: the "invitation by mail" make people think that it's somekind of scam/phishing/mailing list gathering scheme. Really hard to apply when one is trying to introduce people into the Cryptocurrencies community.

Thank you for the feedback. This is very valuable to us. Thanks for referring people!  This is a work in progress, we are working around the clock.

And the reply to my question is totally absent.

Your friends need to play games and get at least 3 payouts before u can get rewards and access to secret area.

I am asking if there's OTHER way of getting there, so far, with over 50 ppl referred I got none to use it with their main acocunts (It looks like "some sort of a scam" to them... ridiculous, I know) It is hard to promote a crypto among non-usual users when there's certain  key info missing.

btw. just as a Reminder, hashflare is since month not able to prove that they are really mining, therefore it should be considerd as PONZI/HYIP.

Well that's a silly conclusion. It's not uncommon for cloud mining companies to subcontract hashrates... Almost every company does it, so based on your assumption, should we conclude that all other cloud mining companies are fraudulent?

For your own info: hashflare were up and running even before you discovered Bitcoin Wink

Sir, you just gave the perfect example of how to pwn a troll/flamer.

Take the DigiByte Quiz
First Person to Answer all Questions Correctly Earns

50,000 DigiBytes!

Half of them can be googled (because retyping what has already been typed would be dumb).. c'mon "what is a block?" look at the forum you posted that! everyone knows it.

The other half: too Digibyte-freakish... It could be researched, but given the current value of DBG, it aint worth the effort.

Yes, again, YOU are paying for dumb OUR incompetence.  Grin

That's what you get when you deal with South America, be ready to be ripped off with dumb excuses.
From the moment the users had to pay for their mistake of not having a secure database users should've already stop depositing... But, that's as far as the average IQ can go.

A part me of me is hoping that the only reason why rewards are off is because admin doesn't want more tickets and deposits/withdrawals to work with.

Otherwise, that means he intends to never increase rewards again. I'm going to be withdrawing 100% for a while.

GG NO RE. Angry

Withdraw is not smart.. this day supposed to be the deadline of 5days. but is your choice if you do not trust it.

You should know better already. "Deadlines" move at a random rate at SCC.
