Our services are nothing more than give or take 2000 lines of code, why would we need a 20 man army with all kinds of fancy titles and ranks

The crowdsale itself is escrowed by a smart contract, as you see in the public and verified source on Etherscan explorer.

The whitepaper is still on draft as we're still in development phase.

This is a pre-ico, not a final announcement. It's sole purpose is to raise some funds so we can have a spectacular final launch when the services are live on the testnet.
Pre-ICO's are meant for people who dare to take a risk and invest early in the process. If our product would be fully complete, we might as well make a regular ICO.

Regardless of how this pre-ICO turns out, we continue the project that is near to alpha stage.

Should the pre-ICO fail,the smart contract allows participants to reclaim their investement up to 15 days after the end of the pre-ico period.

At a rate of ~100 Resilium per generated token, a total supply of 1,000,000,000 is enough.
We could go 1.000.000.000.000.000 as well, but a token needs some value, and value is set by demand and supply.
Lower limits could trigger demand/supply over the years to come.

It's 100,000, 100k. 1Ether will give you 1000 RES + 50% extra during pre-ico round.
So the conversion rate is 1000:1 tokens.

The token itself has a supply of 1,000,000,000 Resilium, pre-ico is limited to 100.000
