Rule against extorions? for users like Yahoo and owlcatz that need to be ban
I think that there should be RULE again extortions and ban them for ever.
In any other paltform this is form of threats are not acceptable.
You can never say things like this in Airbnb or Localbitcoins. PAXFUL , or other other platform that respect itself.
For example when Yahoo tried to extort me to stop harrass him or he will give me evil fee to pay. (this kind of extrotntion/blackmail)

Why do you think there has to be a game provider? It could be a roulette game that's custom-made or in-house.
