What happened:: I got scammed for 60$ by mansystem

Additional Notes: He claim his skrill got limited after i have sending him the funds later he claims it got limited because he enter the wrong birthdate to many times

You claimed you bought 230$ and gave me 2 txid  and you claimed this is double spend so now you try to buy 60$ here when ur deal was 60 fine mail me the recovery code in pm
