The code was updated several months ago and yobit was notified but has not updated their code. Iv been absent due to my job. I dont  want to go into a lengthy explanation but, TLDR: My job makes me money, this coin doesn't, what makes me money is priority so I can pay my bills. If you want to see this project developed full time, pay my bills.

Anyways, Tier 1 Is back online, I will only be able to offer assistance after about 6PM CST, I will, and have been checking daily. Tier 1 is not missing any funds, there is currently about 4 millions coins in the trust. I will be working on getting the other Tiers online, but due to DUST problems only small transactions are tolerated until it is fixed. The network needs to be stronger. So I will offer bounties to those who can help setup nodes, and pools who can successfully setup the stratum.
These bounties will be taken from the trust if there is funds available.

I was approached by a designer for a text based mmorpg. He was wondering if we would partner and use the coin to support the game. While this is an interesting idea, we are still debating if we want to approach this route.

The tiers have been in maintenance because the addresses have to many inputs, the payouts have become to large for the tx to send, only small amounts <10k can be processed.

While the game idea is interesting I would like some feedback. I have taken a look at the game, it is in a beta stage but looks decent. From my understanding the coin would drive the game, and the excess from the blocks would be put into the game, and then players could earn the coin in the game by playing etc. I am a big fan of old text based MMORPGS like A3 (Adopt an Alien Agency), SOLA & Street Wars. Ultimately I would like some feedback from everyone else who is involved here to see their thoughts. Currently as this coin sits, the promise of guaranteed returns will not get us listed on any major exchanges. The simple fact of promising a return based on your investment bars us from getting listed. The game proposition could possibly open the door to other exchanges. Let me know what the communities thoughts are. In the mean time the tiers will stay in maintenance, accumulating funds. The funds have no been moved, everyone can verify this.

I am not closing the project. No one was sending any transactions to Tier 1, and I dont feel there is much of a purpose to have the VPS up if no one is using the service. I am just trying to shift the direction to a more useful one, that is all. It seems now that there is transactions on Tier 1...

We could use some of the funds to sponsor events donate to a cause etc etc. There is many things we can do. I am just trying to bring up options of things "possible". Don't have to switch to a POS chain. We could use funds in Tier 1 to sponsor events, Coinfest ETC ETC. There is many things that are possible here.
