Gambling can be stopped with will power and self control. You do not need therapy combined with other treatments, simply act like a responsible adult.

Trump is a distraction and an actor pretending to be a real leader. Trump is a failed businessman who bankrupted six of his real estate companies, leaving investors with huge loses, while he (sometimes) found legal ways to have his money safely removed before the bitter ending. On the bright side, at least we don't have Harris.

Yeap... the US chooses Trump and the world has to put up with him. But in the end, the noise making machine is very funny and glorious as long as you have a job and you can pay your basic supplies. But if the inflation really kicks in and the world starts de-coupling from "the problem" and working closer with China, the long term will be anything but a joke.

Isn't what you described already happening? Trading oil exclusively in USD is no longer a reality, inflation stats are not telling the truth, and China has stronger relationships with many parts of the world.

Reason 4: They do not want to admit that we live in a fucked up society filled with fucked up people, so they just want to say that I am the fucking problem. I AM A PART OF THE SOLUTION, BITCH.
....

How does foul words in ALL CAPS help you promote your special part of the solution? "Public schools are bastions of degeneracy and violence," so your thread title is correct, do you consider yourself to be at least a bit degenerate?

You seem to be saying Putin is above, or greater, than most other world leaders. Why do you think so? Are you aware of some of the human rights violations inside Russia against his own people?

These animals are just ruining the name of religion and they need to be eliminated permanently as they created so much of chaos and pain, brought suffering and made life miserable for millions. I think they are controlled by some secret agencies and used as a distraction.

If they are "they are controlled by some secret agencies and used as a distraction", then how can they ever "be eliminated permanently"?

"As trader or holder is bitcoin legal in your country..."

I am in the USA and BTC itself is currently legal, but the ecosystem is severely damaged by many popular companies refusing to do/continue business with Americans. It is pretty sad the number of places which - along with AML/KYC - completely ban the USA.

Re: SEC vs NFTs
by

Agreed many NFT's have little long-term value, but they do have a good side. Many talented artists (some of whom would have no other way to sell their products) have found happy customers for their creative work. I hope the SEC doesn't try to claim all NFT's are securities, that would be way too Draconian, imo.

I found this from a link in a newer thread

Just curious -- in which thread did you find the link to my topic?

and think more people should have a chance to see it. Tim May was an amazing visionary, and I'm really happy to learn about him here.
...

Delayed response, I have been too busy, and haven't had enough time online recently:

This looks like the exact post link:

First, I had no idea how to answer, but I quickly found it in my browser history. Nice going GazetaBitcoin, helping to keep the dream alive for some people.

ps.
...Are you following me? Smiley I don't mind, of course -- quite the opposite. At same time, maybe you could be more active?

No, not exactly following you, I probably found the link to second thread when coming back to read more of the first one.
More active? Maybe someday, I have read many older threads and cannot honestly say the current conditions at this forum compare favorably.  Wink People like you do help make it better.

Happy to see your post, thank you GazetaBitcoin,

Some still remember...
...
Was our Bitcoin completely surrounded and overwhelmed only by those which are greedy and see inside it only a way to get rich? Is our Bitcoin only another way for CEX owners to fill their pockets? Doesn't anyone remember its libertarian principles...?

Yes
No
Yes

I also read Atlas Shrugged many years ago, and have never fully recovered from the experience.   Cheesy
Yes: I've studied many of the old threads, and this forum was overwhelmed with greed in the summer of 2011, the first big BTC bull market.
No: Bitcoin only another way for CEX owners to fill their pockets, the future is still bright, in some ways.
Yes: Many do remember its libertarian principles, many of the old-timers probably hang out on Reddit, for example, because they don't like it here anymore, or do not want to be seen around BCT as a "wealthy early participant."

On the bright side, participating in this community can still teach people about decentralization, some degree of freedom, etc. even if it is not obviously Libertarian.

Well, so far we see that on the part of the OP there are only accusations without evidence, of course everything could have happened exactly as he claims, but if so, then you need to bring the available data about it otherwise it just looks like hate and nothing more.

While I agree with you, he seems to be spewing hate, and "accusations without evidence" is reasonably correct. IMHO no evidence is required since, as mentioned by someone above, the OP is grumpy about a bonus not offered to his level. This thread is effectively over.

Market Rank   #3
Wow, you have my attention! I had no idea BNB was that huge until I saw this thread.

Today's price is a bargain for only $595.81

Market Cap
$99,360,514,261
Almost a $100 Billion.

Is it about who rightly won or respecting the given outcome?
Tough choice, either way the people seem to lose.

Would it be better for America’s faith in the election system to give Biden the presidency?
Almost everyone I know, doesn't have faith in the election system. It's always set up to favor the ruling class, and most people actually either don't care, or know there is nothing we can really do.

Re: List of Free Massive Open Online Blockchain Courses
by
RevealJS
on 09/02/2020, 14:37:18 UTC
I'd treat free online courses with the same suspicion and aversion I give to free altcoin airdrops.  If it is free, you have to ask yourself what the business model is.  How much personal information do you have to hand over?  Is it something that could lead to identity theft?  Does it involve downloading potentially malicious software?  What's the catch?  Always be mindful of someone trying to exploit you.

You don't even need a course to learn this stuff.  Just stick around these boards for a couple of years and you'll learn plenty.

Playing it safe is fine. Many open source projects are free because the person has established a good career and they want to share with and help others.
