For example -
you trading at Exchange1 your deposit is 100 worth in coins
you know that our deposit increase is up to x50
then take 2% of your deposit on Exchange1 in our coins send to address dedicated to Exchange1, and if they fail we increase your coins up to x50 and send them back to you. If exchange rate doesn't change. It will be full refund. However if another exchange fails - it may cause your 2% deposit will be used to pay for them.

HOW IT WORKS

We dedicate address for each crypto exchange. There will be about 20 such addresses. When you send money to this address you get protection. If this exchange wanes like Crypto Rush, MintPal, Cryptsy, money from all other addresses is transferred to you. For now 7.5% premine goes first before all other addresses, but as it depletes - scheme will work as described.

How all this actions preformed in time?
First, we marking a time - "when exactly exchange crashes" then waiting for 3-5 month to let exchange back to work, if no - do all payments no later than 8 month since mark. If exchange returns to work time mark is removed and all deposits free to withdraw.

What means "crash"?
Exchange should become totally inoperable with signs that clients doesn't get their coins back

Math:
Sum of all deposits(except fallen address) before time mark + 2.5% of all coins payments bonus divided by balance(at time mark) of fallen one, result is multiplier for every deposit on address dedicated for crashed exchange.

All deposits after time mark not affected at all, and free to withdraw




One thing to know: Deposit only from address on which you can receive! DO NOT DEPOSIT FROM EXCHANGES, POOLS, etc!!
