If there is coin swap of 1000 to 1. Than the max supply would be 2 Million. Right?

In your comparison table, it shows it against other coins. Showing Bitcoin Supply at 21 Million while Fujicoins supply at 10 Million

I learned about this coin, on the website it said max supply is 10 Million. However how is the circulating supply larger than max supply? Also I see no activity in development of this coin. Is this coin dead?
