Having an issue with a withdrawal, and due to lack of response from Betbtc, have rather embarrassingly decided to ask for some advice here, so here gos

In the withdrawal box Betbtc offers to cover a network fee, this in my experience is more than what other, mainly dice, gambling sites would normally charge. ( and to be clear I am happy to pay )

The amount (network fee) they offer should in my experience, mean that the Transaction is confirmed in a reasonable time.

I have been waiting for my transaction to be confirmed for nearly 7 days now, its there but shows as unconfirmed.

Please inform me if I am missing something, or is this acceptable in the current volatile market.

Its preventing me from Depositing again, as now I dont know if the Withdrawals will arrive

Hello,

As we told you your transaction was sent with ~~100 satoshis/byte fee (which was offered) which was perfectly acceptable for the btc market in "normal" situations.
The bitcoin market is more saturated than it ever was, exceeding 200.000 unconfirmed transactions: https://blockchain.info/unconfirmed-transactions.

We are not allowed to cancel your unconfirmed transaction or edit it, bitcoin protocol does not allow that - it will end up being confirmed.

Regards,
BetBTC

This is quoted from your site

"Network Fee of  0.00253 btc is offered (courtesy of BetBTC) on the first withdrawal in 7 days.
If you request more than 1 withdrawal in a 7-day period you are charged with this amount."

What you are offering there is more than 100 satashis, its overkill in my experience, but 0.0005 btc as a choice given to me to pay would be better, as that has resulted in confirmed transactions.

Putting your head in the sand is bad form, you as an operator can try prevent this, there are issues, for sure, but I should at least be given a choice.

By the way you can use various options to speed up the confirmations, and I would be happy to pay the fee

Ok, so 2 days have past

Seems you have read my post, as you have edited/changed the text in withdrawal box to the following

" Network Fee of  0.00156 btc is offered (courtesy of BetBTC) on the first withdrawal in 7 days.
If you request more than 1 withdrawal in a 7-day period you are charged with this amount. "

You statement about 100 satoshis leads me to believe you mean 0.00156 mBtc,
 thus you still being missleading.

I urge you to start taking responsibility, your competition, Fairlay, is.

First thing you see when opening site is the current situation with core will require a 0.0005 btc
Payable by client.

Your handling of this is atrocious

I made withdraw request of amount 0.01000250 btc from betbtc.co  on 05.29.17 still I didn't recived
No transaction in blockchain found  my wallet address 3PR5S4xAa2SimN3vFaJsoGf8CN5CS5sbtj

I had mailed to betbtc.co but no reply from them
were my money gone?

Hello,

As we told you yesterday your transaction was already sent - the txid is: https://tradeblock.com/bitcoin/tx/cdc7bc2f97bcf9ff29b437a471edad29e2c7ee97f15a9d6b7b1fd659c658fc7d to the address 3PR5S4xAa2SimN3vFaJsoGf8CN5CS5sbtj

Although we sent a reasonable fee (0.00657334 BTC), it was not yet broadcasted to the network because the bitcoin network is very busy at the moment.

We appreciate your patience while the transaction remains pending.

Best regards,
BetBTC

Unfortunately Betbtc dose not seem to understand the difference between BTC and mBTC

Betbtc dose not accept that a BTC0.00657 fee would not result in a stuck transaction, and dose not on any other site.

They have obviously paid a mBTC0.00657 fee, and refuse to take responsiblity for false statements.

I have been waiting for 3 weeks now

They can try to rectify it, and I have offered to pay the BTC0.0005 fee that for some reason never gets stuck with any other transaction I am involved in, even in the current btc mayhem

You and I will probably never see our money, its technicaly still in their wallets, and they will carry on falsely advertising fees they dont pay

Fortunately we do know the difference between btc and mbtc.

Bitcoin network is currently very busy, we appreciate your patience until this situation is not resolved.

By the way, your transaction is pending for 3 days.. not 3 weeks

Go back a page or two

But if you can show me the same details for my transaction, fair enough

I am going on your statement that a 100 satoshi fee was paid

User Vs user betting is amazing feature by you guys. Thanks for adding it. I don't think any other service provides this option or at least I have not seen anyone holding that section.

That is sweet, loyalty

Making a statement that is last season, user vs shmooser

Sport trading sites rely on winners, winners need to be confident they will get their withdrawals

Anything else shows traditional casino house vs looser

Get it right guys

Will your site ever have a tutorial and/or decent context-sensitive help?

We are currently working on a newly designed site.  Once it's ready tutorial videos are planned as well.

Yes this should of been added a long time ago. I come from a huge experience in trading the markets, binary options, trading cryptos but when I first went to your site, I had no idea what any of the buttons meant.

I know that your site has the general standard for most betting sites but if someone is completely new they have no idea if they are even playing their bets or calculating their odds correctly. Whether they are a market maker or taker.

Damm, came here to get an idea of what to do, and ask how

Cant find a basic explanation of layout and what different numbers mean
