The top logo has been one of the favorite logos from the start, the artist impression of the "S" isn't exactly what we are looking for.

The texture, and crease, along with the aged look, are really cool in our books.  Perhaps with a little more work, this could really shine.

The bottom logo looks to much like the first logo.

This is also top pic, but unfortunate the center logo isn't working, the gradient, color and flare are all very close to the future logo.

The shield alone is far superior than any other logo.  Thank you for this submission, looks very professional.

So far, this is the current top pick.  Good artistic impression of 'S', Color choice is also good.  This logo should look good in any size, however; we have to reduce size to see if the current design blends into a blob or still looks good at 20x20 res like used in coin calendars, and coin market cap lists.

If this logo is picked, it may not be our final logo, and another contest may run in the future.

WEBSITE NEWS:

Negotiations with web dev moving extremely slow, dead line on discussions is set, and will seek other web devs if we do not get a commitment on or before the 27th.

UPCOMING FEATURES:
Things do need to get moving a little faster, we agree.  Have been in meetings last 2 weeks, we have went over the following features. 2 facto auth, centralized and decentralized, Multi Sig Escrow, using multi-wallet, decentralized exchange/ multiwallet.  A few of these features are now showing up in other coins.  We are reaching out to a few other coin devs about integrating features into SHLD.

IRC
Many discussions about investors room, some of you might have noticed SHLD now holds an invite only area on the freenode servers, in channel ##SHIELD, currently the channel #shieldcoin is registered to the old devs, and attempts to regain control of it continue.  The new main public channel will be #SHLDCOIN (currently not in use but registered )

PROGRAMMER MAIN AND OUTSOURCE:
Been in a few conversations with other devs about getting some direct help with adding their features to SHLD coin. (mentioned above)
Right now SHLD's budget is 0.000000, however; we do hold a few SHLD to cover bounties etc.  BTW, bounties are killing us, but without something nothing would get done at all.  The main programmer has not been bothered, and been put on hold until the web development is done.

SOFTWARE ADMINISTRATOR:
He is on his toes, this guy is ready and working with me when I need help with anything related to program devs.  He doesn't have much to do as we await word from the web dev before enabling more power to the programmers.

WALLETS:
The Mac Wallet is RELEASED! Please take a look at how many coins lack Mac wallets, SHLD is now available on Windows and iOS 10.5+.

Shield has established a routine schedule of tweeting every few days, we do not want to have SHLD covered in tweets about block tech, shield news only.

SHLD
From here on in in further documents SHLDCoin, will be to used as 'SHIELD' or 'Shield' for the better part.  There is suggestions about using the "S.H.I.E.L.D" theme.  This can not be done due to copy right rules and regulations.  We have figured out a way to use this theme without any sort of copy right infringements.
