I am not here to criticize anyone or bash them for being honest and doing what they are actually here for. I have been seeing a lot of post by senior members criticizing newbies for taking part in  bounty campaigns or airdrops. Lets get real here, eventually we all are here to earn somehow, through our respective ways of course so what's the point of pinpointing newbies? if they are doing it after doing proper research good for them and even if they are not doing it with some research and get to know that it's some scam that's even better for them because this is how some people learn. Accept their ways and most importantly respect them as well.  No offence.

it depends when it comes to Airdrop because sometimes there requires a little effort and you get big reward and sometimes it takes a lot of effort and you get very little amount of reward. There are games for introduced for airdrops and also sometimes you are asked to sign up on a website and just by doing that you get rewards. It basically depends how much time or effort you are ready to do and before effort comes knowledge. if you have zero knowledge of how this website runs you won't be able to get anything either it reward or merit.

I think this is more like an inspirational story and reality opening story of people who have higher ranks because a newbie will always think like this that legendary don't have to do any efforts because they have higher ranks. but obviously every person has its own duties here and tasks to accomplish. I think people with higher ranks should often come up with such topics like about their efforts and success stories so newbies and other people with lower rank can get to know your efforts and will seek guidance.

As a start you can check up Indeed.com and Upwork. as they have categories for every kind of job you just have to drop your cv which mentions your skills and find a job in your own category. good luck.

Recently so many people with lots of merit started this thread and it's so good to see that people are actually here to help newbies to grow better because they get so confused also they only come up with post related to merit this thread have actually encouraged them to come up with something new and informative which obviously will make this place more better. good luck with it.

this is literally a best topic i have read so far, not saying because I need merit but the thing is people actually do this, they don't share Smerit because of the competition and this is also a reason why newbies with so many activities cannot participate in any campaigns or something. I personally think that rules should be changed or some actions should be taken and we need more kind people like you to run this forum as a family or in a friendly environment i would say.
