Can we not trade on coinexchange.io?

The roadmap now needs an update since one of our team members died and we had a security incident. Maybe Cryptopia will cut us some slack as they have always been good to us, but hope for the best and prepare for the worst.

There has not been any recent communication with Cryptopia. I think trading will be reopened at coinexchange.io sometime in the future, but we have not heard from them in a while.

We will need active markets before it is "seeable"

Matrexcoin will have trouble getting listed anywhere because they used Machinecoin's ticker of "MAC", which is already listed at many services/exchanges.

Update:

Our largest volume exchange, Cryptopia is still paused as we await communications.

Novaexchange has updated their wallet and is trading, but I don't believe they are accepting new traders at this time, so there is low volume.

We are in contact with Coinexchange.io. They have updated their wallet and we are awaiting any final instructions.

We are also developing our new roadmap so we can get back on track asap after all the dust settles.

Notice: There is a listing for Matrixcoin using our ticker at an exchange called crex24.com. This is not Machinecoin and we have reached out to the admins.

Cryptopia and coinexchange.io markets halted. Code updates in the works. To get the most up to date information, discussions are ongoing in telegram and discord channels.

Most, if not all centralized exchanges want insane amounts of money for listings which is not feasible. Even if it were feasible, I don't think I would pay the amounts they ask with Decentralized Exchanges on the rise. These are exciting times. I personally believe DEXs will be a disruptive technology that will make it harder for centralized exchanges to compete. We are starting to get listed on more and more DEXs, we will compile a list and keep up with them soon.

But since most all coins can be listed on DEXs, they will assist with accessibility, but not with awareness and user base. Ideas and volunteers for this are most welcome. It may currently be down, but we also have a governance system for ideas that are funded by superblocks at http://central.machinecoin.io/. So when it's back up, proposals can be submitted there. Also, if you have a great idea that may require more MAC than is in the budget, you can always pm me and maybe we can make it happen.

With the passing of v1nc, we are currently a little low on manpower, so we are still taking a look at the way forward. The timeline will be updated accordingly soon.

We have a unique smart contract platform in mind that we want to build from scratch, different than any other... But in order for that to happen, we will need more time, people, and resources. When we reach that point, we will release the details.

Not sure what's up with coinexchange.io. They requested some help this week, so we'll have more info soon. Looks like the overall crypto market isn't so hot right now.
