The Bee team tackled these problems by developing the Beenest platform using the security, openness, and blockchain's protected and the power of smart contracts.

Beenest is a decentralized open source real estate rental platform that uses the Bee Token to provide unlimited opportunities for a short-term housing rental market.

Using the Beenest platform the client interacts directly with the landlord which excludes the intermediation of third parties. Wherein, the commission is 0% without any limitation of the user interface.

The project's principle is to revive the tourism industry and return control to the users.

Oyster Pearl was an ICO that didn't go so great but the dev team been active detailing how they are going to accomplish their roadmap. There are a lot of risks involved in this coin but for the reason's below, I going to hodl a little bit and see how 2018 treats it.

Oyster Pearl is a ERC20 token that utilizes Ethereums smart contracts as well as IOTA's tangle. It will be used primarily as a decentralized storage ledger. Pearl is unique in that it tackles two problems, burdensome advertisements and reliable decentralized data storage.

We all hate advertisements on websites. I can't stand visiting the webpages of the Wall Street Journal and eBaumsworld (I have diverse taste) and being asked to disable my ad-blocker because they rely on ad revenue. The GPU will be used for IOTA POW while the CPU will be used for a unique "oyster-hunt POW" which from my understanding, ensure all the Pearls are not instantly made available to the node holders which secures the hosted data. Effectively, the web-page will no longer have to rely on annoying advertisements to generate revenue and the web-page visitor will have a seamless web-browsing experience.

So they created Slovenian startup team Viberate, which the European Commission selected one month ago for 8 young European companies that will change the world music industry. On September 5, they will present their own crypto coin, intended for paying music performances.

Viberate currently offers insights into more than 120,000 profiles of musicians, and the platform will soon be upgraded into a music marketplace where music event organizers can hire in exchange for paying in coin crypts - including their own crypto currency, which they named it Vibe.

The MARK.SPACE platform is a virtual ecosystem, built on the principle of the existing world and the blockchain technology. This is another reality, which is available in any browser. This platform is compatible with all available virtual reality tools. Speaking technically, MARC.SPACE is the latest generation of sites that are independent, since they have their own domain, but they have a common unified transaction system for blockchain. Each person can optionally visit the virtual reality space and augmented reality in the MARC.SPACE universe.

They claim to be the first global decentralized ecosystem directly connecting grocery manufacturers and consumers, and they are probably right!
The Idea:

On the surface, the idea is a great one.

The plan is to connect buyers with grocery manufacturers in an attempt to cut out the retail middle man.

MobileGo will use a cool new piece of tech that allows it to exist on two blockchains simultaneously, with tokens passing between them as holders wish.

Now let us focus back on SunContract project. SunContract plan is NOT to become the biggest energy player on the world. People behind the project believe in decentralization. This is why overall plan is to be a smaller player on numerous markets. Goal is to achieve somewhere between 0.5% to 2% market share. Numbers depend on market size, smaller percent on big markets and slightly bigger percent on small markets, like Slovenia — launch pad of this project.

HOLD ME is a service created to bridge the gap between customers and desired companies that provide services for them. This gap is in the form of an inadequate attention to details regarding a client's problem, as companies usually have traffic loads from other customers, which makes it difficult to provide a feedback to each person's request in the same tone and attention. The company claims that every customer wants to be treated in a special way. No one wants to be treated as a queue number. We live in an era where everything is personalized, and customer service is no different. Consumers want to feel important to the company.

Things are changing as the day goes by. Since the blockchain technology was launched, different inventions have been undertaken by key participants of the newest industry with great potentials of rising high. Crypterium plan to take advantage of the pre existing 42 million contactless payment terminals that already exist throughout the world.
However instead of using them with fiat currency you'll be able to spend your crypto with your smartphone.
The new system will allow retailers to receive fiat currency despite the user paying with crypto, the transaction will still be basically instant and will offer a cheaper commission rate than any bank currently offers.

The new platform plans to launch the 'JP Morgan' of cryptocurrency banks. They hope to provide crypto currency banking to every day people and aid in helping to take cryptocurrency mainstream.
There's currently around 3 million crypto users, whilst this number is impressive it's estimated that the market will grow quickly over the next few years which shows the need for a reliable banking service in the market.
The new cryptobank will be available for download in the android and IOS marketplaces to provide users with an easy to use app.
