Dash perform a good buying signal these week. Its price keep making new high every few days, no drop price signal yet so it can reach 1000$ soon.

bitcointalk is good place to find Ico, but you will not know which is good ico. So you have to use icorating to know that.

They use information about whitepaper, dev, community, product to rate any ico. They have their own standard.
