Current demo is technically a working product, only without actual listings, as there is no license yet. Once we obtain the license and can start operating, there won't be substantial changes to what you can see now in a demo version. If the current demo doesn't tell you how much development efforts have been put into the project, I'm afraid nothing else will.

We encourage sensible Atlant community members to beware the fud and take into account only tangible progress made by Atlant team. We have released bounty funds as we were supposed to. Our team got the ERC-1462 Security Token standard accepted as a working draft for security tokens by the Ethereum Foundation (https://eips.ethereum.org/EIPS/eip-1462) and released Ethereum Playbook as a simple alternative to Truffle Framework (https://blog.atlant.io/atlant-releases-ethereum-playbook-294b22273069). As opposed to baseless accusations, resources provided above speak for themselves.

The team keeps working on both p2p rentals and tokenization platform, with p2p rentals beta expected to be rolled out in Q2. Tokenization platform is fully functional - pending the licensing approval, which is extremely robust. However we're very confident to wrap up regulatory framework soon enough and start tokenizing real estates straight away. With capital markets being one of the most regulated industries out there, it's not an easy and straightforward job to do. Let me repeat the explanation from my previous message:

It is common practice to collect fees for using the platforms like ATLANT. 1 ETH is not a fee required specifically from bounty hunters, it's a flat fee to get whitelisted. Bounty hunters just happen to be using the platform, thus they need to get whitelisted same way as any other community members.

Simply put - to use the platform, you have to get whitelisted. Doesn't matter if you're investor or bounty hunter. It wouldn't be possible to sustain the platform without a fee schedule.
