Show me the working product then I will believe in these explanations.

Why there is only a demo?

Release full version to attract investors when we are waiting for licenses what are you waiting for?

Or maybe the price has not dropped enough?

Current demo is technically a working product, only without actual listings, as there is no license yet. Once we obtain the license and can start operating, there won't be substantial changes to what you can see now in a demo version. If the current demo doesn't tell you how much development efforts have been put into the project, I'm afraid nothing else will.

We encourage sensible Atlant community members to beware the fud and take into account only tangible progress made by Atlant team. We have released bounty funds as we were supposed to. Substantial headway has been made - releasing tokenization platform beta both on web (https://trade.atlant.io/) and Android (https://play.google.com/store/apps/details?id=io.atlant.trade), together with ATLANT wallet (https://play.google.com/store/apps/details?id=io.atlant.wallet). Our team got the ERC-1462 Security Token standard accepted as a working draft for security tokens by the Ethereum Foundation (https://eips.ethereum.org/EIPS/eip-1462) and released Ethereum Playbook as a simple alternative to Truffle Framework (https://blog.atlant.io/atlant-releases-ethereum-playbook-294b22273069). As opposed to baseless accusations, resources provided above speak for themselves.

The team keeps working on both p2p rentals and tokenization platform, with p2p rentals beta expected to be rolled out in Q2. Tokenization platform is fully functional - pending the licensing approval, which is extremely robust. However we're very confident to wrap up regulatory framework soon enough and start tokenizing real estates straight away. With capital markets being one of the most regulated industries out there, it's not an easy and straightforward job to do. We invite every genuine community member to join our official telegram group (https://t.me/atlant_eng) to stay up to date with the progress and ask any relevant questions - our team will gladly answer.

Thank you for your continuous support.

Look at this statement by one of ATL Telegram admins:

John Galt: We are not using storj. We have developed infrastructure which is more advanced than storj, which is just a small part of the ATLANT codebase.

Shocked God, I hope its true that the Atlant developers are competent to pull this real estate tokenization. Many experts say it can potentially be one of the largest markets in the blockchain industry.

If you review the tokenization beta we rolled out, you will surely understand we're more than competent to make this happen.

So was your decision a buy?
At this moment we need more buyers than sellers, price is very cheap but the volume for sell order is huge.
We need to bring this price to at least 1,000 sats, that would be a good achievement in the bear.
I would love to buy cheap ATL, we all know the price of bitcoin is not good enough at this time so including ATL will also be difficult to penetrate that 1000 sats, if you want to see it having high trading volume should add more trading sites to ATL
ATL prices are still stable at 0.01-0.02 USD, this is great for trading here, and I think if you buy it cheap you will get a lot of profit

All projects are suffering during the downtrend but Atlant works everyday,
the project move on and in soo, let's hope so, uptrend will help to make good profit and make us go on holidays using Atlant services. Best to come.

ATLANT is very much committed to the development process, there is a lot more to come in upcoming months!

I HAVE NOT RECEIVE BOUNTIES FOR DECEMBER AND JANUARY?

You need to submit KYC documents and anti-money laundering details. After approval you have to pay some $120 per receiving address. Actually it's 1 ETH. Only then you can receive bounty. Missed bounty payments will not be compensated.
this is not good at all for receiving bounty and investment dividend needs 1 eth to pay for confirmation KYC
this is the first project that is doing KYC over 1 eth address
i think its better to gives dividends only on KYC confirmation and not charge 1 eth per one eth address
also atl token price is stable in btc and upto 500 sat but its a lot lower then its ICO price. what about it?

They insisted on that 1 ETH fee thing. Yeah, it's quite expensive for the so-called "processing" fees. But no one is calling out on them for this. First I thought they did this because they might need extra funding, but only a few paid. So it must be to prevent distributing the whole 33% of the coin supply to bounty hunters who they think will just dump it all.

It is common practice to collect fees for using the platforms like ATLANT. 1 ETH is not a fee required specifically from bounty hunters, it's a flat fee to get whitelisted. Bounty hunters just happen to be using the platform, thus they need to get whitelisted same way as any other community members.
It looks like a Scam. There are many participants in the bounty campaign for which the payment 1 ETH will exceed their remuneration. They have done their job, why should they pay to get paid for their work?

Let me forward you my previous message, which you have probably missed:

This can be called anything, but in fact it does not change anything. In my opinion, the project deliberately puts various obstacles in front of the participants of the bounty campaign not to pay them

Let me repeat the explanation from my previous message:

you mean 1 eth fee is for getting whitelisting for monthly dividends. and if anybody not get whitelisted successfully then he will not enable to recieve monthly dividends investors and bounty hunters both.
its the first time that getting whitelisted on atlant platform needs fee. i think the devidends are only for investors not for bounty hunters because bounty hunters dump it and investors holds that reward not all of them but most of them and it should be free to be whitelisted on the platform

Simply put - to use the platform, you have to get whitelisted. Doesn't matter if you're investor or bounty hunter. It wouldn't be possible to sustain the platform without a fee schedule.
