Did IPO ended? Same goes to ICO, as long as there are people who have brilliant mind, with the right contacts, and money to start with. ICO will never end, the one that I'm hoping will end is those fake and scammy ICO projects which day by day are increasing. I hope menlo.one will be implemented soon enough.

ICO is too risky for people who don't do a well research before investing. Anyway, I think everything in here is a risk its a matter of believing to something. ICO compared to other strategy is still profitable of course if the project do succeed, the problem is because of too many scam projects outnumbering the good ones. Right now my bet is on OPP and MENLO.
Righy now, I'm currently following OPP and MENLO this 2 projects have captured my interest in terms of having good success at the end of their token sale. The thing with the both of them is that they are security token which I think what the industry needs right now.

LOL. All ico review sites are now corrupted a project can earn five star feedback by giving the right amount of money. I'd rather go for menlo.one their "guild-based system" is corruption free meaning it would be hard for a project to buy a 5 star feedback for their ICO.
There are lots of ICO right now in fact. But it is still possible to find really attractive ones. Recently Ive known about Remme. Their idea really kept my attention. These guys try to solve the problem of our security. They eliminate the chances of third party intervention of privacy whithout any chance to be hacked. This idea is really worth to be invested in my opinion.

Not at this time OP. As others have indicated the competition is very high and the prices of the mineable coins are very low. Chances are, you'll just be mining for your electricity consumption (if its even enough). Wait for the prices to be good again.

That is really a very best project for to give a good place to crypto currencies. It will solve the issue of merchants to adopt bitcoin and other cryptocurrencies for their businesses. Different people have different opinion but I think bitcoin is new part of strong currency. We need some help from government or national security for monitoring and providing strong security for those people who are working into this sector. Even more people are affected by various criminal attack that reduce and demotivated to work in online earning.

I am not sure to get your point but:
We don't need and we don't want any government or national security for anything with Bitcoin. Bitcoin has been created to give us a freedom from governments and full control of our money, etc. It has not been created to allow the governments to fuck us more.
What kind of security are you hoping for? There are "criminal attacks" without Bitcoin and it doesn't reduce people to work online. Besides this, Bitcoin has not been created to "work online" It's a currency using cryptography, not a job center.
Not sure. But I think we need the approval of the government for this currency to be successful. We can either go underground or just wait for the government to accept, legalize or regulate it.
