Having KYC verification is not good, for me , bounty hunters are just working for them and they do not need to submit certain documents or IDs where their information is barely passed to the ICO. It will have a very high risk for their information to be mislead or used for a certain thing by that ICO. KYC is better to be applied for those who are investing for their project.

ICO's are just maximizing their opportunities so that the money they will give to their workers will be worth it for them.
