I posted this on my facebook and got a few good questions.
1. Was there a discount on the coffee?
2. Why use Zeex when you could just use FIAT?
3. What other places can the app be used at?
I answered all 3 with:
1. There wasn't a discount that I was aware of on the coffee but there will be discounts available.
2. Zeex provides a service so that people can exchange their crypto with no fees for goods.
3. there are 350+ partners with Zeex. Starbucks, Xbox, Amazon and Ebay were to name a few.

We will see a lot of new additions as the project progresses and when it goes live. But to have so many names on the roster at the start is an amazing thing.

Just the other day i was thinking about ordering some blu-ray box sets from Amazon,but then i decided to wait for ZEEX so i can buy those using crypto.Cant wait for it to go live!

Do we know if we can use Zeex for Amazon streaming services and others like Netflix?
I think that if it's not specified, than it would have to include all of their services. As for Netflix, if it's not listed then I would say no, but that could change soon.
A lot of other crypto projects offer some form of subscription purchase for netflix. But how would that work for netflix with a giftcard? Like a yearly or monthly subscription?
Its the same as when you buy a netflix gift card. There is a dollar value associated with it and you load it into your account.
Zeex isnt creating a new payment method with there platform, they are just allowing the purchase of gift cards with crypto. Which ingenious.
All this is feasible, it is only important to sign a contract with Netflix or some other similar service provider

yes price must be paid in tokens.
And what are the maintenance costs?
There is almost no maintenance cost, as they are designed to operate autonomously. So aside from the electricity costs, which we will Charge extra, there are no significant costs
Are you paying the rent for the place,and some technicians?
I think they do, but it's most likely really cheap since they place SAM cubes in an abandoned buildings.

Looks like innovative and well prepared ICO from Swiss lands. Not sure how effectively it will work, but the team behind this project looks good and the concepts running on renewable energy is decent. But worries me is that there was one claiming simillar ideas and collected 100mln USD, yet it wasn't successful.

yes we are building more cubes because they work for us, nr 3 is used for promotion at the moment.
Well we can say that the system is working for itself, it is definitely worth investing in the project and/or rent SAM cube

Good question, but I think you won't get Prime benefits by buying the gift card for Amazon, though it would be really nice if that was the case.Will we be able to buy Amazon Prime with gift card using ZIX?
You certainly can! You can add the gift card during checkout using the Amazon Prime Now app or you can add it before you check out. If you add it before you checkout, the gift card balance will appear as a payment option during the checkout process.

They keep saying Q2 for token sale, which means it has to be next month, but still no announcement.
From the latest newsletter;
'Our whitelisting application will be open to the public starting next week! We are thrilled and we invite everyone to go through the KYC process. It shouldn't take long and it will get you ready to the upcoming token sale. We'll send another email with a link to the whitelisting once everything is ready.'

one thing I like about Zeex that has been recently overlooked is their support for ERC20 to ERC20 conversion via BANCOR. No need to flick to ETH, just straight to ZIX!
Will we have ability to change other crypto to ZEEX directly in app maybe?That would be awesome.
Zeex will be part of Bancor's Liquidity Exchange which is a cross-chain platform that allows its users to seamlessly convert from ERC20 token to ERC20 token. To begin with only ZIX and ETH will be accepted on the Zeex platform. As time goes on we plan to add support for many more tokens. We're partnering with up with Bancor which will allow all tokens in Bancor's liquidity network (50+ ERC20 tokens to date) direct conversion to ZIX. Yeah I think you are right, there is only a wallet, not sure you can trade on mobile though.

What is the SAM ORC project? Saw it mentioned, but no explanation about it.
The SAM ORC system is in the project phase. Organic Rankine Cycle (ORC) systems use the waste heat of industrial processes (through a downstream steam power process) to generate electricity and thus use the waste heat generated by the mining process to recover energy. The SAM ORC system exploits the fact that at high altitudes water has a lower boiling point, which leads to a much better efficiency in the recovery of energy from the waste heat of the miners. This allows SAE to reduce power consumption from the grid by up to 50% compared to conventional mining systems at lower elevations.

This is actually similar to KERS in Formula 1, harvesting kinetic energy to recharge the battery now I have some kind of idea about it Cool, your comparison with KERS system that is used in F1 may explain a little bit how this system works

What kind of wallet i need to get zeex tokens?
Any wallets that hold ERC20 tokens can be used. I personally like myetherwallet.comit was gotten hacked: globalcoinreport.com/ethereum-eth-users-funds-stolen-as-myetherwallet-gets-hacked/.
Those are old news and solved, now they are out with Mycrypto and it looks much better and you can implement almost all kind of security you can think of.

Nah, you get the tokens in most cases after ICO ends, when distribution starts.

I love this project from what I'm able to see.You are partnered with Amazon or we will be able to buy stuff by using ZEEX app and getting gift card?
Not just Amazon but a bunch of big and small retailers as well. Some of it is due to Zeex being a child company of Zeek that already had some ties with retailers.
Their connections are indisputable. The problem could only be the competition or execution of the development of the platform.
