Can get someone from rockminer to PM me so I can set up an RMA, refund, something?

Ok, so I'm still having my miners crash out. I did have 2 PSUs die, so I replaced them and I was hoping that that was the issue but it does not look like it will be that easy. I re-flashed my sd card, I'm using a known good USB hub, but I'm still having issues. The 6 R-Box miners are the only mining devices running.

Here are some screen shots. In the first one you can see that they were working fine until I got my new PSUs in and hooked up the 2 that I suspect are bad.

Then see that not one failed and does not report in the system check. (shortly more will go off line)

On the devices page it shows so many devices that I don't have. The number keeps growing.

Sorry if this is not the correct place for this, but I think I have my 2nd failed R-Box. I bought 6 a few weeks ago and had a lot of trouble getting them set up. I tried BFGMiner, CGMiner and now I'm running the R-Box software on a R-Pi. I was only able to get them stable after a lot of troubleshooting and taking one offline about a week ago. The remaining 5 were running fine until tonight when another one seems to be giving me the same issues.

If someone from R-Box can PM me and give me some help fixing or replacing these.

you can get software on that web:
http://forum.rockminer.com/

I'll try this to cover all the bases, but I think I have some bad miners.
Edit: After looking at the suggested page, that is what I am using.

try http://fuk.io/rbox-miner-review-how-to-setup-rockminer-r-box-bitcoin-asic-guide/
i had no issues doing this like that

The movie was just black for 45sec, but I have most of them running already. It's the ones that have died that I'm looking for help with. I think the dead ones are taking the rest offline, when I remove those it works fine for days. Until the next one dies.

Anyone else using this rockminer web ui img for rpi?

It not very stable.  Keeps dropping off.  Anyone else seeing this?

I'm not seeing that, mine just stopped dead after almost 36 hours of mining with no problem. Now no mater what I do it will not  restart.

I switched to the Web UI after having problems with BFGMiner and units randomly getting sick and going dead. This happened on a Win 8 desktop and a Ras Pi.

Is it possible to reset a hardware device from the bfgminer interface?
I have a few r-box miners connected and would like to restart one of them.
How to do it without bringing down the whole setup?
Press "M" and scroll down to each processor for the desired miner and then disable and then re-enable each one.

Re: "Sick" and "Dead" errors on BFGMiner with R-Box. Can anyone explain these to me?
by

I set up my new R-Boxes yesterday and they are running fine... for about 1 hour. Then one miner is being flagged as "Idle for more than 60 seconds, declaring SICK!" and a big red "sick" flag pops up. IF this continues, the flag turns to "dead." This is also intermittent (they have been running for 6 hours today without an issue).

Does anyone know what this error means/what causes it/whether to worry/and how to fix it?

Thanks.

+1
I'm having the same problem. I have used it on a Win 8 desk top and raspberry pi with the same results. I have 6 miner and they randomly die.

Hey Canary,

Thanks for yet another awesome shipment, but I think you sent me the wrong package. Shocked This one has a bunch of what I can only assume are prototype USB 4 miners. They are all white and don't fit any of my current ports.

You should really be more careful with your prototypes.  Cheesy

Wow some people are really amazing Angry . Yes, Canary makes money on this venture, are you really surprised? The guy has to spend hours  on the forums organizing these group buys, spending his time off going to the post office, FedEx, DHL or whatever. He has to repack all the items and ship them off. Then he comes back and has to spend time telling people which orders were sent out, rinse repeat.

He is a RESELLER not a monk that took a vow of poverty and servitude. If you don’t like his sales go use someone else. Or even better spend a few hours on the forums organizing a group buy. When you get enough for a minimum order, contact Friedcat , spend some of your time off at the post office, FedEx, DHL or whatever. Come home to log into the forums to find some tools bitching about every little detail.

Do all that for gratis, and I’ll still shop from Canary because he knows what he is doing, he delivers and he has been doing the for long enough to gain a good reputation.

When I wrote this 0.05 BTC is only $7.28 to cover shipping, handling and the risk of the price of BTC falling after you sent yours in. Do I wish it was free? Sure! And I wish Pizza Hut would deliver 2 hot blonds a large pizza for free. THEY DON’T! You gotta pay extra AND tip the driver.

Any word, Canary, on when you will be distributing these beauties?

Pin stripes and Mag Wheels don't make a car go faster...

Realistically:
We need a price cut.

SERIOUSLY!! What if they add Spinners?

What if you could load up a confetti cannon and fire it off, flash the LED and and buzz a kazoo if you were the one to solve a block?
