It shouldn't be any problem, you can also buy Home & Student even if you aren't one. They are not made with .edu e-email accounts, so you don't have to worry about that.

Student A1 is just a license special for students (just like Office 2013 Home & Student). But, it's the pro plus version, which means it has all the same features of an Office 365 Professional license.

As you might have seen, there are popping up Office 365 lifetime account shops everywhere. It's really popular on various webshops, especially eBay!
You might be wondering, how the heck do I get those accounts for cheap? (No they are not made by .edu's), well:

He pretended to be a trusted member on a Polish forum, saying he wanted to trade some BTC to PayPal. He said this thread (http://zarabiam.com/Temat-Wymiany-Konto-bankowe-PP-Skrill-BTC-PSC-118109) belonged to him. I contacted the thread-owner directly through a Polish IM and the thread-owner said "That's not me!".

Yep, suspicious as heck. As advised above, lock the thread if you don't want to be painted red.
PayPal is highly reversible and the "nice" approach here won't do the trick. PayPal is a high risk payment method, which ever angle you look at it from.
If you have to start somewhere, start with something that is not reversible, then build and grow from there. When you have an established track record of trading honestly, then there is a chance someone somewhere might consider taking PayPal payments from you.
For now, you're right, this has a very low chance of success.

I have quite some PayPal funds, and I need BTC in exchange for that. Since localbtc has crazy rates like 20%, maybe one of you guys just want to cash out some of your BTC for PP. I can provide all proof you'll need, and I'm willing to go first with very trusted members. Of course I'll pay trough F&F (or Gift), and we can use a trusted escrow (I'll pay the fees).
