Warning to the Community:

Please be aware that the recent comment sharing a “recovery service” with an email and phone number appears to be a scam attempt. The user is brand new and the contact info leads to known fraud tactics.

This looks like a deliberate effort to distract and discredit the serious evidence presented here about Winna.com and Heybets.io.

Stay vigilant. Do not engage with any recovery offers from unknown or suspicious contacts. Protect yourself and report any scams immediately.

I take the accuracy of my posts very seriously and am open to correcting any factual errors. However, it’s confusing that I was contacted by winna  and told everything I posted is defamation, yet afterward they said that the facts themselves might not be defamatory, but my wording is especially regarding alleged connections or scam claims.

If there are specific statements you believe are inaccurate or defamatory, please clearly point them out. I’m committed to transparency and sharing only information supported by evidence.

Let’s focus on facts and clear communication to protect the community.

Just playing devil's advocate: Did you make this post expecting them to bribe you? Since they’ve bribed other players to take down posts. If something is real, you shouldn’t accept a bribe.
How do you? Does that mean that they are now paying bribe for anyone who raises post against them or they are trying to buy people's mind and scam their victim the more?
Usually any gambling sites that are proves to be scam should tagged and besides I have not seen this gambling site around here before or even heard about them. This site sounds so new to me, could it be that I don't read widely to know about them?

Just raising the possibility that OP started this thread in an attempt to obtain a bribe from Winna, assuming that Winna does, in fact, pay bribes

I understand the skepticism around bribes  it’s important to be cautious. However, this thread isn’t about trying to get anything from anyone. It’s about sharing documented evidence and warning the community.

Bennett’s messages reveal a clear attempt to dismiss concerns and hide the truth. He talks openly about trying to getting articles removed from Google and laughs off legitimate questions about shady practices.

Instead of taking responsibility, they shift blame onto players who lost money and avoid answering serious allegations.

This pattern only adds to the suspicion and confirms why this investigation is necessary.

All allegations are based on documented proof and firsthand accounts. Readers are encouraged to conduct their own research and exercise caution.
You say that all the allegations are based on documented evidence and firsthand accounts!!! Where??!! I don't see anything.
I don't know anything about the Winna.com cryptocurrency casino and have never tried it before, but it's not permissible to make serious allegations without any evidence, such as:
- Silencing whistleblowers with bribes and legal threats
- Attempting to suppress criticism through fraudulent DMCA takedowns
- Manipulating public opinion by purchasing fake 5-star reviews on Trustpilot

These are serious accusations and defamation without any evidence. You need to provide documentation and proof, including screenshots, chats, messages, etc.

Thank you for raising these important points Ive submitted it now

I want to be upfront posting this wasn’t easy. I don’t know who’s behind these operations or what lengths they might go and that’s honestly intimidating. But despite the discomfort, I feel it’s my responsibility to share this information and warn others.

Sometimes doing what’s right means stepping into uncertain and uncomfortable territory. Thank you to everyone who takes the time to read and support this effort.

⚠️ WARNING: Crypto Casino Winna.com EXPOSED – Alleged Rebrand of Heybets.io Scam

🚨 WARNING: Crypto Casino Winna.com EXPOSED — Possible Rebrand of Heybets.io Scam Site 🚨

🔍 Executive Summary

Winna.com presents itself as a slick, crypto-first gambling platform, but growing evidence indicates it may be a rebranded version of Heybets.io, a notorious casino shut down after multiple scam complaints, withdrawal blocks, and six-figure losses suffered by users.

This thread compiles critical evidence showing how Winna allegedly:

- Silenced whistleblowers with bribes and legal threats
- Attempted to erase criticism through fraudulent DMCA takedowns
- Manipulated public perception by buying fake 5-star Trustpilot reviews
- Promoted an unverifiable $15 million seed funding round to launder reputation
- Operates under a Costa Rica registration with a Canadian license by the Tobique Gaming Commission

⚠️ Motive & Bigger Picture

Winna.com’s alleged rebrand from Heybets.io isn’t just a simple business move — it’s a deliberate attempt to:

• Launder a tarnished reputation from past scams
• Evade regulatory oversight by switching identities
• Continue exploiting unsuspecting crypto gamblers for profit
• Use shady tactics like bribery, intimidation, and fake reviews to silence victims and protect their operation

This pattern reveals a calculated strategy to stay one step ahead of authorities and players, prioritizing profits over ethics or safety.

Exposing this isn’t just about calling out one site — it’s about protecting the entire crypto gambling community from a recurring fraud cycle.

🧩 Connection Between Winna.com and Heybets.io

While Winna.com publicly denies affiliation with Heybets.io, multiple pieces of evidence strongly suggest these platforms are connected operations.

This includes:
• The presence of Winna.com in Heybets.io’s payment processor footer, establishing a clear connection (see below link)
• Striking visual and functional similarities in their websites (see link)
• Overlapping patterns of scam complaints and operational tactics (see links)

See all evidence linked in the first reply to this thread.

🗣️ Call to Action

If you’ve been scammed, threatened, or pressured by Winna.com or Heybets.io, share your experience below.

Evidence strongly suggests these platforms are connected, and your testimonies can help expose their ongoing operations and protect others from falling victim.

The more evidence and stories we collect, the harder it becomes for them to operate in the shadows under any name.

Let the receipts speak for themselves — together, we can bring justice.

There is already a discussion thread on the kidnapping of a france CEO daughter and the son, I think it was an unsuccessful kidnapping attempt that left the victims injured and now receiving treatment in an hospital, security crisis is at high rate and we need to be more careful, most targeted lately are not only high profile individuals, but even aged people too are getting kidnapped for ransom.

Yeah, it’s getting out of hand lately. It’s not just CEOs or politicians anymore, like you said—even regular families are being targeted. Feels like no one’s really safe when money or perceived status is involved. Hopefully, the authorities take this more seriously before it gets worse
