Pemerintah melegalkan bitcoin dan crypto sebagai aset investasi, tapi tidak melegalkannya sebagai mata uang atau alat pembayaran yang sah. Jadi dengan demikian, masyarakat dapat memanfaatkan volatilitas harga crypto untuk mendapatkan keuntungan baik dari perdagangan maupun dari investasi.

Sekalipun pemerintah melegalkan investasi, tapi mereka tidak bertanggung jawab atas kerugian yang mungkin akan anda dapatkan dari aktivitas berisiko ini. Pemerintah juga hanya memanfaatkan crypto untuk mendapatkan keuntungan, itu semisal dari pajak perdagangan atau lain semacamnya.

Not pretty sure what your question is so I suggest you read [1] https://cryptosec.info/ given you have decided to invest your money in bitcoin for the long haul. Remember that maintaining your financial security and handling it responsibly should and always be your utmost priority.

While I know that these are the common scenarios from before and could perhaps happen in the future, but still, be wary that there is still a chance that bitcoin would not go up in price. I mean we can't certainly know if bitcoin will reach a hundred thousand valuation in the next decade, or in the next 20 years.

I am not saying that it isn't safe but you have other options to diversify your money other than bitcoin. More importantly, invest what you cannot afford to lose.  

I am considering adding ideas from another post that I made today to the BTC accumulation portion of this thread.  

An attempt at a fair historical overview largely seems to establish that with the passage of time, especially if we look in 4-year increments, it seems to have been becoming more and more difficult to accumulate similar amounts of BTC, even with similar or inflation-adjusted (cost-of-living adjusted) larger amounts of capital.

A loan fund isn't yours to begin with, how can someone develop the mind to use such fund investing into something that's highly volatile? The best money for taking such risks is your hard-earned money that you are willing to risk and if you lose it won't affect you mentally, people that take such risk with loan are newbies that have not seen how cruel things could get in crypto space some times, they will learn, the hard way.

My advice before investing is that you must first understand the risks involved in investing in cryptocurrency. So that it's not like other people experiencing losses like you tell me. You should find out as much information as possible before investing.
Things to remember when investing are:
1. The definition of investment is to save some money in the present with the hope of getting a profit in the future
2. Investment must use leftover money (not operating money)
3. Don't put your eggs in one basket, don't put your eggs in one bag, because if one breaks, all of them will break. Create portfolios in various places.

When you invest, you can't just expect profits without losses, bitcoin like other investment assets can make a profit as well as cause a loss. I have never seen a speculative asset without risk, bitcoin is an asset, a tool for speculation, and it is up to you to decide whether you lose or gain.
As a newbie, you should prioritize and focus on knowledge, when you have knowledge about bitcoin, all your questions will be answered. You want to invest but should not invest without knowing anything about it, IMO.
