I think the 25k range will be broken soon. How?? I think : 1. A lot of positive signals are coming back. The market has bottomed out, and the impressive January bounce represents a return of confidence (as it was in April 2019). 2. this week it looks like the correction has come in the way of finding and testing support - that way i think the selling pressure is almost nonexistent, mostly profit taking by traders. 3. Another signal of Fear & Greed Index > 54 has shown the macro confidence that bitcoin can hold in the future.
Signals can be nothing but remains to signal. Here in crypto, there are no fixed patterns that are followed here but anything works randomly. Many times people can predict for increase because this is what their signal is telling them but there are still no increase that takes place. Better if we will just calm down and not too assuming.
An increase can just happen if the time is ready. Correction has come and I think the new support that it found is $22k because it didn't drop further than that and then the price did also stayed here for a while. That was still good. It's not too low, for us to start again and the gain that we got last time is still there and not wasted.
That said, bitcoin and crypto prices can be analyzed and forecast very well using technical analysis. it is not different to stocks, bonds, commodities, etc.

Senstiment is way to positive, which brings resistance to a further short term rally

Based on keyindicators, most probably, BTC prices will not surpass the 23000-25000 resistance zone. A decline towards 10000-15000 is quite probable
They are focusing on unemployment. Letting inflation running high to "help" lower wages labourfoce to find a job. This is nonsense, they get slaughtered by inflation in the meantime.
EURUSD, XAU and BTC all going the same direction.
Until the Fed actually puts their money where their mouth is and raises interest rates, it's all just a load of bullshit anyway.
It's doubtful that Wall Street will even allow them to raise rates at this point. If they try it, WS will just mass sell off stocks, sending markets crashing.
So it's the Fed's allegiance to the 1% that's keeping rates at zero and inflation low (aka stagflation).
This is 100% true. Very likely, the rates will rise slowly anyhow, no matter if the FED raises rates. The FED is behind the curve all the time. Then WS will crash anyhow.
That chart does not invoke inspiration regarding either where we are at or where we might be going.
Maybe you can explain yourself a bit better .. provide some analysis, perhaps?
Hi and thanks for your comments and questions The chart can be explained as follows: 1) It is a mid-long term perspective and that is why it is not focused on giving short term trading ideas. 2) Still, here are some insights: The downward sloping upper trendline was broken in Spring 2020 and then we saw a consolidation / triangle pattern above 8500-9000 $, followed by another rally leg towards the summer high above 12000 $. 3) For the short term, we need to wait a couple of weeks to determine if there will be a deeper correction back to the 8500-9000 $ congestion zone, or whether the bitbulls are stronger to march towards new 2020 highs and then (in my view likely) to new all-time-highs in 2021-22.
This indicator doesnt work imo, yeah social media/trends might be dipping, but thats just typical when the price is "boring".
I don't feel any extreme fear right now, I think if we went down below $9000 or $8000, then you will see real fear, but right now? not much at all. Broken indicator.
Very often the sentiment indicators are a contrarian signal and price move into the opposite direction. But timing is often off so it can be risky to swim against the current too early...

Hi, this is very good guidance. How can I sign a message so that I can prove a certain email belongs to me?
