If the ICO is outside the US and you don't sell to US citizens then it is not a problem, they are trying to protect they citizens from being scammed.

Took them long enough but it looks like the ETH shittoken wave finally caught their attention. It was silly to expect a free pass on security laws by calling it an ICO instead of IPO, or by using a Seychelles address.
BTW Garza gets a mention in the document... his dream of stardom coming true, albeit in a criminal way.

Luckily for ionomy, their relative obscurity is probably going to help them slip under the SEC radar. If the SEC decides to go after ICOs there are much jucier targets. However we shouldn't underestimate the idiocy permeating this project. They are very capable of shooting themselves in the foot. E.g. a misguided press release boasting about some "never done before" financial feature - such as an "investment opportunity" in masternode hosting - could light the radar up.
I take it they have a crypto specialist team at the sEC now watching everything that is happening in the cryptosphere

I wonder if they declared the income from the ICO to the IRD (or what ever you call it in the US). or are they gonna try say it was from the singapore company that didn't exist and the seychelles company that didn't exist at the time (does it exist now?)

does that mean most mobile games are never complete, i.e plants vs zombies 2 adds new levels all the time, but I'm pretty sure they consider the game complete, the levels added are game maintenance to add more game play for the players to entice them to keep playing, adding more levels to crypto gravity will only entice the 40 or so players to keep playing

Well in real life you or your whale friends are insider trading, if you or anyone else has information that is not known to the general public (not just your whale friends) and you act on that info you are insider trading, that is real life where you seem to think as long as you don't have any more info then other whales then it is ok

9 months to make a game (projected 1 month initially) and 3 weeks for it to fizzle out. I thought this was a gaming based crypto currency? Are the investors not at all worried about this? Seems they just care about profits any way possible. Who cares about the white paper, I can make my XPY loses whole again!

But what are the TEAM's MN addresses? I don't care where addresses are displayed. What are the teams addresses? You know, transparency? So they can't shot on their customers. I know you don't care as you want to shit on the customers as well.
I take it the IP address in a certain range that has the most MNs are the teams ones, from that image I would guess 51.15.53.0/24, but I'm not installing the wallet to look properly

Reminds me of this other guy who claimed to have 10k-15k new customers each day and 100k total...
He claimed the company has 100,000 customers at present, with 10,000 to 15,000 new accounts per day.
How many of these downloads are paid for downloads (the person paid for the fake reviews downloading it under different accounts), I wonder what the true download rate actually is

do you have to buy the 20000 ion off them to set up the hosted master node, user pays a small amount in ion for the hosting, but have to buy a large amount to use it, means they can get rid of a lot by making ppl think they accept ion

Yes! Make the coin more centralized. Take my bitcoins to control my money. ION is getting further and further away from the crypto ideology and closer and closer to how the banks function today. The reason crypto was created.

Somehow in the iOS App Store, all 5 star raving reviews. Never seen that with an app in the store. Planned or payed reviews perhaps? No mention of any of the bugs, just absolute praise. Very odd to say the least.

There are "marketing services" that do fake app reviews by the truckload, from fiverr gigs to "agencies" with glitzy websites.
It looks likely that ionomy employs such a service for iOS, given the disproportionate number of reviews (Android has a far larger market share but ~80 Gravity reviews vs 100+ on iTunes) and positivism (5 stars vs 4). Bunch of random names posting random nonsense with 5 stars don't look like real users.
On the Android side it's a bit different, I think it is more difficult to get a fake account (phone verification etc). Still I suspect some of the uber-enthusiastic generic reviews are not quite kosher.
I know apple takes fraud seriously, if there are reviews from anyone in ionomy or related companies report them, and report the messages that you think are from a paid service and apple will look into them
unfortunately my app store says no reviews as no one in my country has downloaded it and left a review
