everyone understand you words..not mentioning scam. but all thread readers are influenced by what you started. check the posts below ur initial one...everyone calling scam and so on.
this thread is brought to my attention by SFR10 (my escrow service provider). when i saw this, i also thought they are scam and aggressively approached them for valid proofs so that i can continue the campaign or i'll stop.
maybe this is the reason they want to address this..in their statement.

What a waste of my time!!!

On Tuesday 5th may 2020, i had a video call with one of their management guys…

He explained:

1. showed proof and legal registrations of all two companies zabtechnologies & uplogictech…coinsclone is a product & property of zabtechnologies.

2. he showed me 4 real exchange software projects that are live now…and 2 of them have close to 30k real traders and explained that their software is a MVP and can be scaled depending on the needs of their customers by changing the site architecture and load balanced server configs.

3. he also mentioned that, this is brought to his attention only now by me…as usually marketing guys handle their promotional activities.



This is his official statement and he wanted me post this as he doesn't have direct contact information of the thread owner/starter.


* the thread “Beware of these 2 projects [zabtechnologies.net and coinsclone.com]” is started by “Slow death” [Hero Member]

* and it is brought to our attention by a campaign manager “sboss”

* we have explained and shown real proofs to the campaign manager.

* we are also willing to have a call with the member named “slow death” and we will show all the proofs necessary that he asks. (slow death is expected to share his contact info via a pm to campaign manager who will arrange this call)

* we are also willing to have our real clients who are using our software talk to him to have clear this issue.


Also note:
1. just because you have found same testimonials on 3 sites doesn’t mean they are scam. we also understand that it is your nature of job to find these types of discrepancies and show it on the forum to earn merits and improve your position on the forum. but make sure you do not falsely accuse people.

2. if you have ever ran a company, you would know that it is not uncommon for a group of companies to have same management team and that doesn’t mean it is scam.

3. if you want to talk about the quality of the software, we want to see whether you are a qualified enough developer to test and give feedback on the scalability and security of the product (otherwise do not misinform people)  if not we can arrange for an independent audit via a consultant and share the report to the officials in that forum or the moderator.

4. calling us scam or questionable is very offensive, as we do not have any negative trust ratings and this thread is not open by one of our client who has proper proof and thinks like this. but is open by a member without any due diligence.

5. as is it important to report anything suspicious and scammy, it is also quite important that you do not report someone who is authentic and can disprove the claims..but after that what is the consequences for misinforming lot’s of people without proper research...nothing...this is the type of throw under bus / trolling mentality that makes reading anything in Internet fake.

6. we also advice member named “slow death” to contact us immediately and explain his claims and what are the proofs he have to justify that we are a scam, if his opinions after we showcase the proofs changes, we suggest him to apologise about spreading false claims and then take down the thread.

7. if he doesn’t apologise and/or take this thread down, due to the damage done in destroying the reputation of our company by sharing false information, we would press charges.

8. we would gladly respond to any moderator or admin or official of this website and explain further, therefore we suggest them to take this type of misinforming thread down.

9. we apologise that this is taken to our attention only now and we will take appropriate action against our marketing guys who knows that this sort of thread exists.

10. we also understand that even after this statement, people find the desire to comment random stuff about this..but it is fine. if a moderator or any official contact us, we will respond with proper proof. or otherwise ban us from your website. but do not share fake information about us.

Regarding the signature campaign, it will continue till this week, bcas already people participated and posted and i want to properly pay the members who have done the work.

This campaign is also planned for upcoming weeks, but for next week - i’ll hold this campaign and will not run, until slow death and the company have a call and finalise their decisions.

I have seen the thread and asked them about it…and they have said it is a same company registered in india. initially coinsclone was started as a product…later they also provided various blockchain development services besides just an exchange product..so they registered zab technologies pvt ltd as seperate firm…

1. I have asked them further proofs for whether they are same company
2. asked them proof about the product and proof of real delivery of their services to clients.
3. asked to talk with someone via skype explaining this, than just messages.

I will update the status of these things in few hours.

What is the maximum rise in price of your coin, I can except in a Month?

Ethereum is the source of all Altcoin. Ethereum price is around 112$, I had seen it around 250$ (loudlycrying)
It reduced to half of it price, so the new coin will be looked by traders after the rise of ETH price.
