As I see he didnt scam you, but he is an imposter. Post as much evidence as you got.
After that add a flag to this user so he can be seen by newbies.
(click on his name/trust/scroll down & add flag)
Post created flag to your scam accusations so other members can support that.

If you really want to cool then think like a grower. Mini ductless AC unit and inline ducting for intake and exhaust. Use an environmental control and when temps go higher than ducting can handle they shut off and mini split system kicks in. The inline venting alone can do the job minus those really hot days. I highly recommend the Panasonic whisperline duct fans. Do the math, get the right size, x 2 since you want intake and exhaust unless you have passive intake like an open door to suck air in from.

Without mining 6990's could be had on almost any site. You can talk about the 5xxx series all you want but AMD is aware why they are sold out and its not due to gamers or new system builds. They built enough for that demand. It was the mining that pushed them beyond what they planned or they would have produced more. We may be a small community but many of us hold many of these cards and you divide that up we a large enough community to monitor.
