2. If you are interested in a custom plan, I can offer you a price which will be appropriate for your needs.
3. I do not have any stats that I can show you at this moment. However, I can provide a 48-hour uptime report if you'd like to wait.
4. You can host anything if our infrastructure allows for it. Just check https://falixr.com/ and see if we have the requirements for what you want. For example, we are a shared PHP web host, so any 'web app' will work with ease.
